  Product backordered for home gym ( like so many products during Covid ) but the response time and communication will have me a customer for life. Customer service went above and beyond and I am very satisfied with my product! Thank you Power Systems!

  Their website is so misleading. It has products saying they are in stock or available soon. You make an order an no one communicates they no longer carry the product or there is delayed shipping times. I don’t mind waiting for quality products but their website is awful. You’d think by 2021 they would have this website... read full comment
