Been a long time customer and the service has gotten worse every year. We spend 30 and 40 grand a year here flipping homes but done after the last trip. Not enough people working. Too many self checkouts and only one person checking people out. Can't get help with loading and now I am flagged for returning small items without a receipt. Don't treat me like a thief. Sad to see.

Less than 1 star, Home Depot is an an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. We ordered a washer and dryer with upstairs installation package on September 5th with an estimated delivery date of September 8th, after having moved 2600 miles across the country we were excited to have a new w/d to do our laundry in our new home. Our delivery was delayed to 9/15 which wasn't a big deal as we understand 3 days is a quick turnaround. However on the 14th we were informed without reason or responsibility that our delivery would now be the 30th, which was frustrating given that we bought the select model based in part on earliest delivery. At this point it was un-avoidable to resort to a laundry service to get some clean clothes. Customer service offered a half ass apology for the delay but nothing more. On the evening of the 29th we were again informed that our units would not be delivered until October 14th, 6 weeks after the initial order. Home Depot blamed LG for product shortage, LG took no responsibility saying they had it in stock and could get it to us right away guaranteeing a 10/5 delivery. Immediately after that guarantee we received another email delaying it back to 10/14 again. Today (10/14) the delivery arrived and the installers informed me they'd be unable to take the units upstairs as they weren't sent with straps and even if they could get them upstairs they couldn't install them because they weren't sent with tools. After telling them that was unacceptable I told them I would supply any needed tools and even help lift/carry the units upstairs and that's exactly what happened. After waiting 6 weeks with no reconciliation or compensation I carried the units upstairs and provided the install team with the needed tools to get the job done. Home Depot where doers get more done, because the company clearly cannot get it done themselves. Absolute disgrace and worst customer experience I've ever had.

I had an online order come in ant the store was swamped. Jenny at customer service walked me directly to my order and had me out the door in 10min. Exceptional service. Thanks Jenny!

Home Depot - The home improvement box store. They have a wonderful selection of products to complete almost any task at your home.Wood, plumbing supplies and fixtures, electrical supplies, lights, fans, plants, seed, mulch, blocks, and more. For the do-it yourself personna inside of all of us.They make more money off of me because I have to do everything twice to get it right.They have plenty of 'pre-assembled' grills for the Fourth of July weekend.

Dropped $500 on a tiller. Oil for the motor and transmission was sitting with the tiller. As I was putting all the bottles in my truck I was told by the asst mngr that it only came with 1 qrt of oil for the transmission. Well come to find out it needs all 4. Very unfortunate for people that live an hr and half away that goes to the closest location to buy from HD. Why would you have all 4 qrts of oil for the trans sitting with the tiller? Call them up to get this resolved and was told they couldn't.

We went on a Saturday to pick up some mulch. Got distracted by all the beautiful flowers! Everything was set up nicely and labeled correctly. Vigoro was 3 for $10 and earthgro was $3.97 per bag. While there was a lot of people there, you didn't feel cramped in the garden center and there was plenty of parking spaces. Houseplants were looking fabulous as well. I loved all the succulent options.

I went in three weeks ago and dropped $1800 on a dishwasher. Only for HD to lie Thru their teeth about the delivery. After 5 failed attempts and too many lies to count I said never again. Got my money back and went elsewhere. HD had gone down hill. I wish I could give negative stars. Run. Run far away and keep your money.

I'm very disappointed at consultation kitchen departments today .I went in ask about how design cabinet work at Home Depot, she told me we don't go out to the site to measure your house and you have to give our size then she ask me that what's your budget for cabinet ? I told her don't know it see what you guys got.( I think she may think I'm the sub- contractor get the price low for customer and install it ) look down me like I don't have money to buy Home Depot cabinets. she tell me this " if around 10k that just waste our time to do that . " excuse me , you should never ever answer it like that way this is not professional. I wish Rober see this and talk to whoever that personal is (not Susan ).

Home Depot needs to STOP allowing animals in their stores!!! A Male had 2 dogs in tow and one dog was pooping while he walked. This was the main isle in front of the self checkout area. I did say something to the owner about picking up his dogs p*** but he continued to walk on. I also brought this issue to an employees attention. I am tired of going to stores that allow animals in their buildings and I am over the dog fights as well as the pooping!!!!!!!!!

I have had to buy a washer, dryer and deep freezer in the last 6 months. My most recent experience was the best. Dan is incredibly helpful in the kitchen appliance area. He's obviously been around for a few decades because of a few statements he made, and for good reason. If you want honest opinions and advice, go see Dan. Dan, you rock! I'll be back soon! Since we moved to Knoxville three years ago and have upgraded much in our house Home Depot seems to be our second home! I will say that we have had the pleasure of working with Demetrious on most of our visits to Home Depot!!! He is one of the kindest most knowledgeable employees at Home Depot . He is more than willing to look or find or help or cut a key or do whatever is necessary to make your trip successful!! He deserves a huge pat on the back from Home Depot for doing such an amazing job!! Thank you Demetrious for making a visit to Home Depot much easier!

We bought a washer/dryer set from Robert in the appliance section. He was super helpful, very nice, and professional. Made buying a large house appliance very easy. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us.

I am on the hunt for a particular river rock. This is the fourth place I have been to. I may have left empty handed, but the guy in the garden center tried his best to help me. I have left satisfied. Nothing better than good customer service.
