Recently I called to ask a favor and was surprised by the friendly and positive response from Jay, the Manager. I visited the store the following week. It is much larger than expected with a dazzling array of high-end exercise machines.
Jay spent about an hour with me knowing I probably was not going to buy anything at this time. He familiarized and helped me try the Power Plate vibration plate and WOW! Just WOW!!!!
I was tempted by the treadmills and elliptical machines, but they will have to wait for another day. Hands down this is the best small business customer service I have experienced in years. Highly recommend!!! Stop by to see Push Pedal Pull and tell Jay I sent you.

This company is amazing! My old spinning bike broke, they came on time and repaired it. I still had an issue with the bike after they left, I called Jay (manager) and he to follow up with me until they returned and fixed the issue. Afterwards, he called to make sure everything was working properly. They are great, their service and reliability are superior. I highly recommend them.

I searched all over town to find someone to service my Spin bikes. I found Jay, he was absolutely phenomenal. He is Very passionate about health and wellness, very knowledgeable, very patient, and extremely kind to assist me with anything I needed. I would highly recommend anyone who has a problem with their fitness equipment to contact him. I most definitely will be back the next time I have a problem or when I’m in the market to buy something new. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JAY!!!

My husband and I wanted to start a home gym but we wanted to be able to look at the equipment in person. I was happy to come across Push Pedal Pull. Jay was very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive to what we were looking for in a home gym! He was not pushy at all while we waited a week to make our decision! The delivery and assembly went smooth and they made sure we didn’t have any questions about anything before leaving. We will be using them again for anything in the future. Thank you!!

I stopped by the store on my search for a new treadmill. Jay was incredibly knowledgable helpful. He took his time and explained the features of different models to help me find the best fit for my household. He also let me try the equipment out and was extremely patient. We purchased the Power Plate My7, the Spirit rowing machine and the Inspire pully weight system. Jay was super helpful in that he took all the time we needed to learn about which equipment would work best for our home gym. The delivery experience was perfect, complete white-glove service with everything being assembled, moved strategically in place in the room with other equipment to maximize the room, and every piece of equipment tested to ensure all worked as designed. Jay was so kind and knowledgeable. He spent so much time helping me get exactly what my husband and needed to get back on our fitness journey! He also took the time to make sure I got the best price for the equipment. We bought a piece of used equipment. I would’ve never known it was used. It was in great, like new condition! Treadmill and elliptical delivered this week and we're super happy. The equipment is just what we needed. Jay listened to our needs, spent lots of times talking with us, and made recommendations that were spot on. No pressure to buy the most expensive units. His delivery crew were professional, quick, and friendly. I emailed him a day after delivery because of some noise on the elliptical and he called and had me on the schedule for service within a couple of days. Ended up resolving the issue right after we called, but nice to see they are true to their word on service after the sale. Glad I shopped a local shop instead of a big box store. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for quality equipment and great service.
