They completely overbook. I have been waiting for hours. They have no customer service even when flagged down they wouldn’t answer questions. Worst experience

This driver doesn’t follow basic driving rules. Tried to cause an accident because their impatience and pulled out in front of me, made me slam on my brakes while going through a round a bout where they have to yield but they decided not to. If you can’t even drive properly then how do you conduct business? Do better for yourself and stop embarrassing your company.

This place is horrible!! Very rude staff and you can forget a walk in appointment. Go somewhere else!

Never been here before, but I paid out of pocket for my labs (so I can't speak for billing complaints), but I was in and out in about 3-4 mins. (I could have saved money and just let me uber wait outside). They were friendly and to the point. Took the test, signed and was out. Pretty seemless.

Got my test done quickly and with care. Sometimes I faint when I get blood drawn and so I mentioned that. She had me lay down and double checked that I was ok. No fainting this time :)

Kept emailing me a bill that didn’t have the bill # on it so I couldn’t pay it online. Had to call some 1-800 number to get it because no one answers at the location and their voicemail just says “use our website.” Also, I’ve never been to a Quest Diagnostics. I’m assuming somewhere I went contracted out the bill to them? I just paid it since it was only $9 and the people on the phone were dying to get me off the line. Whatever, maybe I got scammed out of $9.

Maybe an additional sign at our eye line as people come in the door. Something pointing out the self-check that is unobtrusive on the left. When you’re new and unsure, it’s a bit nerve racking to be casting about for help.

Just want to leave a good review to offset some of the bad ones. I had a great experience. I came in as a walk-in and was the only person there so I was seen in less than 5 minutes from my he time I checked in. The phlebotomist was very nice, and recommended eating watermelon, cucumber and other things to hydrate tissue.
Everything including insurance had already been sent over by my primary physician. I was easily able to skip over scanning my insurance when I checked in. Entering all my data manually sped up the check-in process.

They were exactly on time, right at 7:40. No wait and done in 5 minutes.

When I signed in on the kiosk it said there is not anymore walk ins available. And there wasn’t anyone in the waiting room so I knocked on the door, and the lady said have a seat and she will be right with you. The girl that drew my blood was very sweet and used a butterfly needle because she said I have every small veins. She asked if I was doing ok, because I told her I dont like needles. I didn’t even bruise when she poked me. I was very impressed with my experience at Quest Diagonistics.
