I took my wife’s car in after the driver door handle broke off. James was incredibly kind and helpful in how quickly they were able to figure out what they needed to order. THEN James actually went above and beyond and let me borrow a vehicle to drive back to my office down the road because of the time it was going to take to get the repairs completed. I came here to get an estimate on my car just to see what it will take for it to be drivable.I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes with a guy talking on the phone and a lady eating. It was very unprofessional. I asked them to give an estimate for it to be drivable, but they gave me a list of EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed to look like new. It was over 4k. They were NOT helpful at all. I just needed to know what was required.The man talking on the phone was also very inquisitive to the point of being intrusive, and it was uncomfortable. These folks were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. They were so friendly and kept me apprised of the the progress while they worked on my truck. I can't say enough about this place. I paid a little extra over the dealership buy the dealership told me they wouldn't add things like an alignment on my vehicle and this after it had been wrecked in the front end. Rays told me upfront it may need one and I was willing to pay a little extra to get it done while the dealership would have had me eating up tires so they could sell me some. Thanks rays.

I'm new here to TN and needed my daughter's car repaired. Rays was the second estimate I got. They were not only half the price of the first shop, they were friendly, to the point , and no waiting. I've found my TN auto body repair. I would highly recommend them. The car looks great.
