Service station exhibited poor communication in doing a repair on our vehicle. Couldn't get a response via phone for two days after dropping our car off. Refused to take responsibility or try to make things right after it was clear we wanted to work with someone else on repairs.

I went in to order a key for my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado since I had only obtained one key from a non Chevrolet dealership. Maybe that was the irritation and rub felt at the parts department. I mistakenly went to Reeder Chevrolet where I was met with irritability and unsuitable disregard. Have no fear, I won’t return. I can go anywhere and be treated rudely in person or on the phone.Incidentally, they don’t deserve one star. I was being kind.

The service department, specifically one of the lube technicians, was so rude to me that I had to walk away,m. I don't know who runs this place, but they need to get a grip on their employees. They are weeks behind on service work. If you drive your vehicle in for an oil change, they will tell you that you need an appointment because they are fully booked, yet the bays are empty and the service employees and just hanging out and talking to each other. I do hope the owner knows what is going on here.

Called for a radiator and was told it was in stock, call back to order and they can't find it, wanted to charge me an extra $70 for one they would outsource and did not know exactly when it would arrive.

Brought my Chevy volt in on Monday. It is now Friday morning. There are only two people that work on Volts but the people from the front desk told me that the tech that works on them was literally "complaining that he had nothing to do." And that's where they really made me mad. ***Nobody has even looked at my car to tell me what is wrong.*** Like the car hasn't moved. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I should have listened to the two people in the waiting area who were on the phone desperately trying to find anywhere else to take their GM vehicles for service. Or the guy in the reception area who laughed in my face when I told him they were going to have a "quick look." ***STAY AWAY.*** At best these people are just not capable of doing their jobs. At worst, they're just liars. Not your typical, everyday car dealer liars either. It's worse than that, trust me. Or find out for yourself if you have a week to get someone to tell you that they're sorry but they'll "get to it."

I've been here twice and was treated well, its not fast service but the communication is good. They also work with Enterprise Rental to get you a lowered rental rate, much appreciated.

I will give 2 stars, when I first talked to them they seemed very helpful and I felt very confident of sending my denial to them. But after they did the diagnosis and call me telling me everything that needs to be fixed (of course it was all wear and tear items, but my car wouldn't engage into reverse, so this was my only concern). I was told my car wasn't worth fixing, I got a good deal and to me it's worth it and paid for...so after being quoted a arm and leg I checked around found someone to do it alot cheaper. So I go in to pay my bill and had already called a tow truck to pick my car up. They was very rude and not very helpful you could say. I didn't even get a copy of the diagnosis that I paid $105.00 for.

i have been getting my parts here for 15 + years. Staff always has been very helpful. Some parts are hard to get these days so just knowing i can depend on a place to get what i need is a big plus

I was trying to buy an electric bolt online like they encourage me to do on the website. Followed up with the salesman submitted all information on my trade and was waiting on my credit application to come back when they ask for paycheck stubs. No problem I got him back within a couple hours. Within that time they sold the car for cash out from under me. I guess money talks. He told me he had a credit decision within an hour and in an hour he had sold my car. And told me it just happens that way sometimes. I thought that was pretty crummy. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

The service department is very unprofessional. Will not communicate with you. Very downgrading and just rude . They do not know what they are doing because somehow they can't manage to fix a timing chain after 3 times . Then my engine blew on the way home . Also on yelp they are 1.5 stars and their website is 4.3 stars, so that is very poor customer service on their part. Would not ever recommend going here .

DO NOT take your car here to get serviced. I took my 2018 Malibu in for decreased engine power and the check engine light. A service provider named Caleb told me component in my engine was cracked and needed to be replaced, and that my car was not safe to drive. When I got my car back, the summary stated there was nothing broken or cracked so they just replaced something around the camshaft and said it drove fine. I didn't even have my car back for 24 hours and it wouldn't start. They would not communicate with me whatsoever the entire time, and when they actually answered the phone, Caleb was astoundingly rude. They had my car for a week with no updates, and when I got it back, I had 5 miles to empty and 0% oil life remaining. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable mechanic.

I made an appointment to have my car looked at on a Tuesday morning. The mechanic finally put it up on the lift to look at it Friday afternoon. I got an estimate for repairs by email on Saturday. That was three weeks ago. My car is still in the shop, it has not been worked on, they allegedly are working on getting a part but it still has not arrived as of Christmas Eve. Not sure when I will get my parts nor when I will get my car. Very dissatisfied and definitely will not return to this dealership to buy a car or have any repairs done. Much happier with my Toyota, I make an appointment, it gets worked on immediately when I get there, and if they need a part and can't get it that day, they make sure I get a ride home. Unbelievable difference.

Bought a 2020 model truck. Had an issue with some sensors faulting 2 days after purchase. They've had my truck 3 different times in 2 1/2 weeks and never fixed the issue! Even had me wait 6 hours to tell me there was no issue! They did call in an engineer to check it out though and hopefully found the issue. Now Been waiting on them to install a new part for a few days. Hope to get my truck back soon, my payment is due in a little over a week..
