I had a rough morning resulting in needing to change my phone number and all cards. Natalie was nothing but kind, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with both on the phone and in person from there was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise not-so-great situation.

This new “modern” setup is ridiculous. You sit and wait forever to get a “seat” at one of the 4 tellers. They all do everything instead of allotting one teller for doing deposits and withdrawals and quick transactions. Now you get to sit and wait behind people opening accounts or having account issues. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour now to simply make a withdrawal.It’s easier as the old setup where you have the tellers and customer support people separated. Please fix this! There’s 6 people sitting here waiting to be seen and I’ve seen 4 come in and leave because they don’t want to wait.

This branch is the worst branch ever.. No one but Jason knows what their doing. The manager is useless. When they had the branch redone they made their employees apply for there position again which was stupid..They got rid of their best employees and kepted the worst one. The assistant is out all the time or has to come in late because she didnt get enough sleep the night before. They let one of the girls go that had 5vyrs experience and then hired a girl off the street. In my opinion any student looking to open a bank account should just go to First Horizon. It's the bank of the VOLS!!

I recently went to this branch to update my bank account information. I was helped by a lovely consultant named Lisette. She was very informative and relatable. The office was very clean and had multiple COVID-19 precautions. I will continue going to that branch for my banking needs!

Overall regions is the worst banking experience I’ve had. One of the managers knows what she is doing. The others not so much. The corporation is very predatory and will drop overdraft fees before your account even goes negative. An account was closed without me knowing about it. The account was sent to a sketchy collection agency. If I would have known I owed something I would have paid it. But since it was sent to a collection agency without my knowledge my credit tanked. I don’t normally leave reviews of bad experiences. But region has been one headache after the other. 0/10

Love Regions! They are everywhere so you always have access to your bank and the mobile app is super helpful!
