I'm leaving this bank. Initially, the experience was good enough and everyone seemed so friendly until I needed to deposit a check. They wanted to charge me 1-4% to have access to my own money immediately. I don't like paying fees, so if I want my money with no fees, they make me wait a week to have access to it. This is absolutely criminal. When I complained to a banker on their chat she made up an excuse about federal regulations. I may look young, but I wasn't born yesterday! Federal regulations say that customers must wait a week to have access to their own funds, but if they forfeit 1-4% you can release the funds right away??? This is purely a business decision and a bad one at that. I would never recommend Regions bank to anyone.

They no longer can take change as a new company policy, according to the teller I spoke to today. Useless bank if you intend on running any kind of cash deposits for your business.

The New Branch Manager is extremely Customer orinated & knowledgeable of his role with Regions. He made me feet very comfortable discussing my bankling needs even thought I am a small dollar customer. He treated me great! Otginally done most of business at another Regions locaion but have started going to the Sequoyah branch more frequently due to the wonderful Customer Service there!

Was robbed for 57$ by REGIONS BANK. I swear on everything. Do not use this bank if you work hard for your money. I tried to get help because this is the first time its happened after being a loyal customer for 6 years and they refused to help me and bashed me for trying to explain to them where THEY MESSED UP. They wouldnt accept the fact their system messed up and they needed to waive it. I even had proof it was a mistake on their part and when I asked for a supervisor when I called customer service I was denied and the lady I spoke with gave me a fake name and employee ID #. She then said she would get me a supervisor but just kept me on hold on her end and never transferred me. I will never bank here again and I HIGHLY advise everyone else not to bank here either. I am switching to Home Federal. My business account thankfully is with ORNL. Neevr using REGIONS again.

So far so good. I just opened a new account recently and Branch Manager Brandon was outstanding. Excellent customer service, and all of the details of the account offerings were carefully laid out, making it easy to decide on accounts and financial products. Highly recommend.

Worst bank I have ever done business with... if I could give them a NEGATIVE STAR...I would. Great, as long as you don't need customer service or to speak to a "live" person. They used to be customer friendly. In past 2 years, have been going downhill. ALWAYS, ALWAYS when you call 1800 number...no matter what time you call, the recording says that it is a time where "higher than the ordinary amount of calls is coming through". Curious that the recording says this, no matter what time you call. For all the charges Regions makes on customer accounts, it would be nice if 24 hour phone support was offered. So disappointed in you Regions....

Wednesday October 3, 2018, today around 1:00pm drive up quality service. Today, my personal banker, gave me a detailed receipt of my transaction and he also email me a copy. I was treated with great customer service and I was exstended with professional quality service as well. My bank teller, gave me the same great customer service today if I had millions of dollars in my account. Regions Bank is the only bank, where numbers are not customers who choose to bank with Regions everyday.
