I truly am stunned at how awful my experience with Regions has been. I've always done instant bank to bank deposits. Last week 2 deposits were received and accepted by Regions but never, ever credited to my account - until forced through some days later. No one at Regions can explain this to me, and I have all the documentation that the funds were accepted by regions with a date/time stamp and transaction Id. Then poof - gone until a computer finds them and forces them through. I've heard all sorts of theories but zero follow up and I've been on the phone with Regions for 6 days now - straight. The last suggestion today was to call the branch manager. It was explained the branch can investigate, file a dispute, etc. I called and spoke with the branch manager here who told me in no uncertain terms the branch could not help in any way, shape, or form and I should hang up and go back to the 1800 number as I've been doing for 6 days. He additionally made some comments about how he noted I've had "a lot" of overdrafts over the last year - and a side comment maybe this was related. I let him know my mom was murdered a year ago and I had an experience so horrific with Regions that I filed a federal complaint and a ceo level complaint that was followed up - those related overdraft fees were credited back to automatically (I didn't ask, was just told by the ceo contact that regions "truly apologized" and hopefully refunding fees could help "lessen the pain" of my experience with Regions. Note: it didn't and clearly this was not a one off horror show but it's to be expected. After the branch manager told me in zero uncertain terms no branch could help me - there was no way any branch could help with this and I needed to simply do what I've been doing for 6 days and call the 1800 number back and maybe someone could do something for me. I did so and escalated to a supervisor who called me back after a few hours and gave a speech that what I needed to do was call the branch manager - they had several resources to help and "tools" to investigate the issue. I told her I'd been told in no uncertain terms by the branch manager himself that the branch could not do a single thing to help - no branch could - and I needed to call the 1800 number - which hours later is how I got to her. Her suggestion was for me to "try the branch again" and "did you tell him specifically you wanted to file a dispute?" "did you tell him to open an investigation.?????" as if I asked the wrong way or should have directed him better. I told her I gave him every bit of info she had been given, I had no resolution after 6 days, and he said he didn't know why i was told to call the branch - the branch had zero ways to help. Period. Her suggestion was to call him again. When I told her he clearly indicated he wouldn't help her response was - well it's a branch issue so you can call a different branch manager". It's 3:45 pm and the branches here close in 15 minutes. Oh and also - I've been on the phone all day every day since last week about this issue and not one single person - not one - has helped. Oh, and the branch manager made it clear he's in the "not helping" pile despite being told by 2 supervisors that this is entirely a problem the branch manager should be able to help with and it's not appropriate someone at Regions suggested it's something a branch can help with. I suggested she call the branch manager herself and let him know that because clearly he missed that memo. She balked but I told her I was filing a complaint again with the CEO office and federal agencies so it would be helpful for her to call the branch manager to document how he either was or was not aware of how to help or why he should help. She said "well.. I mean I guess I could call ?" and told me she'd have the branch manager "call me right back". I told her I've been left waiting every

Hello I don’t typically leave reviews but this one needs to be read. The bank manager left me a voicemail today. He didn’t realize he had not hung up the call and proceeded to talk very negatively about me to a female colleague and how he would not help me resolve my issue. I was lucky enough to catch on voicemail how the bank manager actually talks about the Regions bank customers and how unwilling he is to help with issues.Give me a thumbs up if you want a guy like this managing your money and banking issues!!Don’t go to this location and put yourself in dealings with this bank manager. He will not take care of you and in fact belittle you when he thinks he’s off the call.

They are super helpful. Seldom have to wait in line. Ms. Ives helped me take care of an aggravating problem I was having in less than five minutes. My favorite branch, by far.

Worst bank I've ever been to. Sat at the drive through window for 20 minutes and never received service. The black guy working the window needs additional training. Will be changing banks and speaking with Aaron Madron about this experience.

Shout out to Greg. He went above and beyond the call of duty helping me fix an issue I was having with my rewards. He even called me several times to make sure it was resolved.

I recently moved here and I’ve had some rude experiences with other banks in the area and it was frustrating. But then I went to this regions and they have been nothing but helpful and always friendly and constantly taking health precautions at this time when other places don’t cares. Support them 100%

Regions does tell you they will over draft you for no reason so if you don’t spend money and just save they will charge you

I have so many problems with Regions over the years but changing banks is such an ordeal I can hardly stand the idea of going through it. The latest problem is that a recurring transfer I have had from my business account to my credit union for $1000 was cancelled by Regions on December 1 without anyone telling me. They said they sent out notification, but I am sure I threw it away thinking it was some new promotion I was not interested in. Then I discovered my credit union account had very little money in it when I went in today to pay my city taxes for my business. No one at the branch can help and I was told to set up the transfer again online. But when I tried, I discovered that I was now limited to $500/day. I* called customer service and was told that limit could not be altered!! So in order to get my $3000 transferred, I have to pay a wire fee or do it every day for 6 days. It is a ridiculous bank.

I always receive friendly, personalized service at Regions! There are many account options available for students with no fees. Additionally, I love the convenience of having so many branches. There is almost always one within a 5 minute drive of wherever I am. Regions is constantly improving their mobile and online service features. I will be a lifelong Regions customer!

So, I've been with regions for several years . I have tried endlessly to get this fraudulent charged resolved . It's been over 90 days, I was told numerous times someone would contact me; However no one ever did. I had fraudulent charges for Hulu, which resulted in us cancelling my card and having a new one sent out to me. I had a Hulu account and was getting charged for someone else's . The charges were so little I assumed it was my own account and never paid any mind to it. Then I noticed .. obviously it was fraudulent, because it would make ZERO sense to give out my card information , when if someone I knew needed my Hulu, I could simply let them just use the Hulu account and NOT my debt card information . I would never allow someone access to my card information, this was never resolved and ultimately will result in me leaving Regions . They do not follow up , provide explanations as to why I haven't had the money refunded , can't answer my questions why , and aren't helpful at all. They've also been very rude at times . Some are very kind , but there have been more rude encounters than friendly .

I have a number of accounts with Regions and have since 2003. One of my accounts is a card that I keep paid off. Regions assessed a fee on the card and never posted that a payment was due online. I got a call 48 days later saying I owed $10 on the card and that it had been reported as a late on my credit. I couldn't believe it! I have never missed a payment before on anything ever! After going into the branch they said that they were working to fix the website to actually show you if there are payments due, currently it does not show if you have a payment due even if there is one due but that they couldn't help me with this matter. Very dangerous bank to work with buyer beware.

All Region Banks are a scam. They charge you $3 to cash a check drawn on them. They even charge a handling fee for processed checks even if you have an account. Fees, fees, fees for everything. Don't know how they are still in business, wake up people get another bank or credit union. They only survive if you give them money, take your business elsewhere.
