I went here cause I was inform that in 20 days not business Das that my card was not use and overdrawn for 8 dollars and had a soft close on it so I go here to get resolve and Nygel Brickey was very rude she called the non emergency number on me cause I told her I want to see her put in the complain I had she lied didn't do it lie to the police said I threaten her and said racist remarks toward me before the call and meant the way she call me black to the officer on phone she deserve to be fire

I came in 10 minutes to close with an urgent financial circumstance. This branch was so considerate of my situation and even though I rushed in before closing, took the time and patience to help me. Josh was very helpful with setting up my new account and assisting me with my needs. I look forward to banking with them from now on.

There branch manager is always there to help you out with a problem or situation. He will remember you and he will take very good care the clerks through the drive-thru and the front always friendly and very helpful

Been with bank 5+ years. Cashed hundreds of checks with them. Brought in stimulus check today & they refused to cash it unless I paid a fee. Find another bank.?

My boss sent me to trade cash for rolls of change, and the bankers were super helpful. It’s as if they new it was my first time doing that. Customer service there is amazing! Shoutout to Jacob; he is very helpful and friendly.

Well I just hate it when you go in to make a deposit or to get cash, and rep, says you only have x amount of dollars in your checking accounts I did not ask about my checking account I already know that!!!!! I want to make deposit or cash a check or get cash from savings or checking account, and they tell you that your other account is low... wow!!!! There is one inpertucular that dose that to me every time 😡

Worst banking experience, ever. This place is full of doe-eyed bimbos. Seriously, I tried speaking to 2 'specialists' and one teller driver. Not one appears to be over the age of 20. They have absolutely no customer service skills, cannot resolve any customer issue, and frankly couldn't care less about your problem. They're even worse than the Fountain City branch or the Washington Pike branch! Go to the East or Central Ave branches, with real people who actually respond to your concerns. If you need anything besides a simple deposit, avoid this place at all costs!
