This is a very friendly and professional branch. Immediate acknowledgment when you enter. They listen and they care. It is important to go inside a branch to establish a relationship and I did that when we moved here in 2017. Nice to see familiar faces when I go inside the branch. They are very also supportive of the community as well.

They are the nicest people to work with! Helped us open our business and personal account right away. They answer phone calls right away, and are always so happy to assist with whatever you may need. Left Bank of America to come here and couldn’t be more happier.

My boyfriend stopped by to put money in our account and first went to the atm and it was out of order so he went to the drive thru window clerk and our card has one of the stickers over it and the guy just refused to turn the card over and get the number off the back or even let my boyfriend just read him the number. His name was Josh and he was very unpleasant and rude. He also asked for the name on the account and it was given but he couldn't pull anything up? I use another location closer to my house all the time and they have no problem with my card cover or finding my account. Super inconvenient and a pretty bad staff imo. would give zero stars for the experience if I could.

I had a quick question that I couldn’t find the answer to on the company’s website. I spoke to Chris, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. A pleasant surprise, considering I called just a few minutes before closing time. I expected the call to go to an automated message, not a real person. Great experience! I’m a tech savvy customer so I rarely need to contact the bank or visit a branch, but this was a great experience that I will remember next time I need something.

We needed some documents notarized so I called the local number for the Farragut branch. I was pleasantly surprised when it was answered immediately by a human. Made appointment to meet with a banker the next day. Our banker wasn’t available as we were a little early so another said he could help us. We were treated with respect and genuine attitudes of wanting to be of service. I read all the previous reviews and I’ve been in their shoes at the less than 1 star level with other establishments. I believe Regions changed their reliance on computerized systems and brought back the much needed personal service, human to human. Other banks should take note and do the same.

several issues since i opened my account. issues logging into my account repeatedly . if you call to speak to a rep..... good luck been on hold for over 45 min not very helpful!!!!

Horrible customer service. Would recommend looking into any other bank in Farragut! Very rude and unprofessional. Told them I would be giving a review and they don't really care... Disappointing.
