The National Company I worked with has used Renasant bank since it opened and we opened several new and different accounts. The set up was technical on all the steps and processes as expected - with signatures and transfers to and from local and federal sources and Brandy Cassie was extremely careful and cautious leading us through all of it until we understood how to do it ourselves. Processes and requirements are heightened now more than ever and our team couldn’t be more thankful for this bank and the professionalism the manager and staff have always extended to us. Thank you.

Terrible service. My parents have retired this year and sold their home and are retiring out of the country. They had to travel to this location because it was the closest location to where I am located (over 2 hours away) to make a wire transfer to a different country and the specialist who did it added an extra digit to their account number leading to a total of $52,000 out of their bank account an NOT accessible. English is not their first language so communication has been difficult, but my husband has been trying to assist as well but the branch manager Brandy Cassie has been extremely short in her emails and NOT very helpful. I assure you if she was traveling overseas and had all her assets missing from her account and not accessible she would be trying to figure out what she could do to fix the problem.Each email has been extremely short and brief leading to more questions or appears as an annoyance to have to deal with. This is extremely stressful and I would NOT suggest this bank as it appears they have no legitimate concerns about your money and mistakes they have made to it. Shame on this branch.

To ANYONE who is looking at investing, I HIGHLY recommend you give Mr. Joe Frost a call. Joe advised and helped me with doing a 401k rollover into an IRA. Again, before you do anything with your money, give Joe a call.

Terrible experience. Terrible service. Held my funds and would release them or give me a date they would be released. Just poor customer service all around.
