Our facility is the largest practice space in the area, with padded Zebra Mat flooring, which is easy on your knees and joints. Plenty of open air and natural light add to the depth of practice in our space, making it an experience beyond compare.
If you're looking to heal an injury or trauma-related stress through movement or to find a connection to your deeper self, we offer a full slate of classes 7 days a week, guided by our team of certified instructors. We also have licensed massage therapists, and we are a Yoga Alliance-accredited training facility.
