Rent-A-Center offers a rent-to-own model for those who cannot buy items upfront. Many customers report great experiences with kind, helpful, and great employees who provide excellent service and setup. Some note specific locations and delivery teams as being the best. However, experiences with customer service can vary. There are reports of inflexibility with payments, even for long-time, loyal customers who have never missed payments. Additionally, scheduled delivery times are not always followed, which can disrupt a customer's day.
Now you can drop off your Amazon returns here. They weren't quite as friendly or seem happy about it. But very much obliged to help me with finding something to rent! Unfortunately only dropping off a return lol

Ricky at RAC is amazing! However I have no clue what is going on with other employees there. They need to restaff the entire place (except Ricky). They I see now have tried charging me for a payment that wasn’t even due! Every other week not a difficult schedule. I miss the old employees with actual respect and manners.
