Ross stores now days are very messy. Also they seem to only cater to certain size women. Tall & thin. They no longer have petites. They never seem to have sizes over 9 or large. Everything is cropped. Some clothing/purses has stains or broken. Bought a Kate Spade purse only used it a cpl times the color is fading & seams coming out the bottom. Another purse I just bought within a week the straps was all messed up. Toddler clothing they seem to only carry certain sizes also. Very disappointed

Us3 to shop here a lot, but when I return items, I paid over $30 to $50 they want to give a $1 for a return even with receipt. I have never seen Homegoods items for $1. I shop online primarily now.

My mother and I were in the store a couple of days ago and bought a large area rug. I was concerned about the rug getting dirty in the bed of my truck and Jenn was kind enough to not only hold the rug for us until we were ready to go home, but she also find a way for us to cover the rug to keep it clean. Her friendly personality personality and willingness to help is an asset to your store.

Leaving a review to address the baby changing table in the women’s restroom. The changing table is broken and very unsafe to use when changing a diaper. Disappointed that I was not able to use it and had to leave the store and go elsewhere. Please replace the changing table with a new one

This place is a chaotic mess where everything is just thrown together. Takes a long time sifting through all the clothes to find stuff that you like. I've seen Goodwill's in the ghetto that were more organized than this place. That being said, they have awesome deals on cologne and you can find some nice stuff there in the clothing department. But definitely the Cologne is where it's at

Most of the time it is not organized, clothes and other stuff on the floor but on occasion you can find a good deal. Definitely a step down from the Marshalls in Newport we went to yesterday
