Clean up "Aisle Ross" !! So I went on black Friday and it was horrible. I know they try their best but on that day it was bad. More clothes on top of racks then on them. Nothing.in the.proper size area. And wanted to make a purchase and we were told the line to pay was over an hour

I love shopping here so I thought have a job here would rock and the discount well was I wrong! My boyfriend got a job here they never interview him only a phone interview. He goes in on his first day and the manager high as a kite no joke. No one ever trained him properly! He worked about 1 week and quit because it just didn’t work out and never received his first paycheck!

Not very stocked on women’s shoes and women’s shirts. They do have a good selection of dresses and also infant clothes. My husband always likes their section of tools and random miscellaneous things.

Well stocked and pretty clean for a Saturday afternoon, found great buys in the pet department on toys and treats! Found a great buy on a two piece dress and my only disappointment was the shoe department which was very messy and quite empty. Checkout is always challenging as there were only two cashiers, but that tends to be the norm.

Called store and they told us they had maternity swimwear, we drove 40 minutes out of our way. We get here and first of all you can't find any employees, after you find an employee they won't help you, then it turns out they don't even have maternity swimwear. Bottom of the barrel items, staff, and customer service.

Ross offers quality goods from clothing to pet items. I always find items offered no where else.
