It is now 11.31. On Sunday and still not open. Seen employee go in at 11.10 and still not open. And I drove a hr away to get the products I need. So disappointed

I would like to see more colored peoples hair products in sally’s stores in Knoxville. I shouldn’t go in and have to walk to the back to only find just a couple of options priced higher than it’s worth. To make the most income you must innovate new plans. The old way doesn’t always work. We are in a new world so I encourage you all to be AGILE! I will be a repeated customer if welcomed to be. Thanks!

My mother and I went to return a nail top coat. This top coat had been recommended by a employee (don't know her name but she had a large eye tattoo on her chest). The top coat dissolved my mother's nail polish. The same lady would not exchange the polish because it had been used which I understood but this was a recommendation by an employee. We will now go to a larger retailer . We can't seem to trust a beauty supply professional.

Sally was always my "go to"place for all of my haircare needs but for the past several months, the "young ladies" have no clue what product lines they have, look at customers like deer in the head lights when asked about most products, have to look them up and read the containers. I have done much better reading for myself about products. This should be an embarrassment for this company to have such poorly trained children running the store. I have started going to another beauty supply in town where the customer service is just that Real Customer Service.

I rarely shop this location anymore. I will literally drive out of my way to go to a different location. The staff here is so incredibly rude all the time. They need to clean house.

I went in here for the second time today. The store is well organized and clean and easy to navigate. The staff greet you as soon as you walk in and ask if they can help you. The stuff that you browse and then checks in to make sure that everything is still OK. Their rewards program is also now free! Sallys is a great alternative for those who want to either do their hair professionally, yet cheaply or experiment and see what works for them. I would definitely recommend this place. A must check out in the area.
