I have been inside the Sephora-JCPenney two or three times. Every single time I left out without anything in my hand..and every time I ask myself why I don't go to the actually Sephora store. I went in to re-up on Fenty this week and only one person was working. There were only two customers in the store, including myself. The worker was uninterested in us and not welcoming. I definitely don't recommend this store if you have actually questions about your makeup purchase.

Today my beauty advisor at Sephora beauty studio was Steph; she went out of her way to help me set up my digital beauty guide. Even though she was very busy helping other customers, she made sure I had all my favorite perfume choices from Sephora. I love shopping at Sephora at West Town shopping mall each week for new women's perfume. My two sons' love the huge selection of men's cologne that they have at Sephora.

Wilner has been INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly the past two times I've been to Sephora inside JCP. He helped me pick out the best OleHenriksen moisturizer to compliment my skin type and meet my needs and is super knowledgeable about all of the products. Maggie was very friendly as well when I was checking out my products. I felt super welcome and comfortable asking questions. Definitely recommend.

Was shopping for bathing suits, work pants, and shoes. I double-checked prices on JCPenney online, and noticed Items were SEVERAL dollars cheaper. Looked at their customer service/price matching policy, and they are supposed to do this i-stores if you can show the ad or website. An older woman in dresses became quite nasty when I showed her the price difference and requested the price match. She would not do it, and told me I should sign up for one of the JCP cards to get 20% off instead. I asked two women working in jewelry if they price match on the way out, which they told me they did. They calculated the difference and reimbursed that. If you shop at JCP, please look for the cheaper price online. I saved $15 on the same two items with price match alone, vs. their store-price with a 15% off coupon. Employees should always know their policy, and when they don't, they should try to find out. The rudeness was not okay. Would recommend JCP in Turkey Creek over this location.

Really disappointed with the service at Sephora in JC Penney. The lady in the Sephora area was clearly bothered. I was looking for something that I drove 30 minutes to find and you didn't have it. I'm sure you are thinking 'well, you could have called!'. I did. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang. So, I drove for nothing. The lady wasn't the least bit interested in trying to find it somewhere else (another store) or anything. So I just browsed around the store. I picked up a couple of tubes of lipstick and looked some more. Then a young girl (early 20's) came in for help with her makeup. The Sephora lady couldn't have been more rude to her. I put the lipsticks down and walked out. I went to the Sephora out in the mall and the service was wonderful and they found what I needed (called another store! and I didn't even have to ask!). I tried to call the Sephora at JC Penney again today to complain. I called 3 times. Not one answer. I am not sure who manager JC Penney, but they've lost my business and for a store that really doesn't have that much business, that should be an issue for you.

Stephanie was great and extremely helpful when I needed to cover up a scar on my face. I was traveling from out of town for a wedding and didn't know what to do since I never wear makeup. She was kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you so much Stephanie!

I went into this Sephora today to pick up the Diorskin foundation and the employee who helped me was the nicest person I have ever met in my life!! She knew everything about every product I asked her about and was so patient and kind and helpful. I have very VERY fair skin and it's very hard to match a foundation but she found the perfect shade for me and even tried it out on me to make sure I liked it. She also helped me find a few other things and never once tried to pressure me to purchase anything and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I see so many horror stories about Sephora employees but the 3 who I spoke with today were so kind and I thank them for that. I'm not sure if I remember her name correctly and sorry if I'm wrong but I think it was Jucinda? I will for sure be going back to this Sephora instead of purchasing things off their website.

This review is for the salon. Went in to get my long, all one length hair cut into medium length layers. Walked out with chin length bob. Do not recommend AT ALL.

This review is for the portrait studio. I will start the review by saying the two ladies did the best they could. With that being said I will begin my review. We made a 4:30 appointment and arrived about 4:15. We literally left about 7:15. I have 3 kids, one is almost 2 so after 13 years of portraits at JCP at various locations I consider us pros. I made sure the baby napped and was fed to ensure smiles for pictures. Well over an hour and a half later we got our pictures taken and needless to say it was a fast sitting bc the littlest one wasn't having it anymore. I find it unreasonable that appointments are set every 15 mins if they can't keep that schedule. If someone shows up after their appointment then they should have to reschedule for another day. I watched one lady get a second chance at their pictures when she wanted to take a break and feed her child then go again. I believe that should have been 2 appointments. You have a room of upset little ones (not just mine) and annoyed adults (not just me) the entitled person could have come back and tried again on a different day. My session was quick and I hated almost all the pictures but 1. We weren't given direction on who needed to sit up straighter or who needed to scoot in. We were all so focused on getting the baby to smile that we weren't focused on anything else. I will continue to go to JCP for my Christmas pics but not this location :/ I just think almost 3 hrs with nothing more then a sorry for your wait is a little crazy.

Jewelry dept review...the customer service is fantastic, but whatever company they use for repairs is horrible! If at all possible, buy from another store or use a reputable jewelry store for repairs! I have had to return my wedding set 3 times now and it's brand new!!

It has gotten better since my last review. I am able to find things that I want a bit more. They have lightened up the place a bit as well it used to be darker. I still enjoy clearance prices! I do miss buying eye catching purses here though. Everything is normally tidy including the bathrooms.
