Stop for gas today on the 4th of July at pump number six. Put in my gas with prepaid using my credit card. It then asked if I wanted the receipt and I pressed the yes button numerous times and it didn't work. Non-functional pump. Got frustrated and walked inside to let them know and asked if they would put a note on it and the lady said she would look at the pump. But based on her conversation with the previous customer she said she was looking forward to getting off soon. I would bet any amount of money she wouldn't follow through and put a note that the pump receipt is out of order or follow through on it or let anyone know. Poorly maintained station and I realize that pumps can go bad as well and that's beyond control. But it's all how the person responds. The workers seemed tired or high but maybe that's just her. But the response from her didn't sound very motivating like she was going to do anything about it. I hadn't planned on going inside to get a receipt so I wasted my time. And I wasted her time with her having to hear my frustration and print a receipt out.

Prepaid gas and pump didn't work. Went inside again and the cashier reauthorized the pump. Still didn't work. Went inside (3rd trip) to get my cash back. Cashier implied I didn't try.

First pump I went to the buttons didn’t work, so I couldn’t use my fuel points. The second pump I went to, the tap to pay didn’t work, so I had to use a different card. Please maintain your pumps!

Gas pump worked and the bathroom was clean so it was a good pit stop. They also had peace tea which can be difficult to find up north.

Went in to get a couple sodas they only had one so I asked if they had anymore in the back the cashier said I have no idea would not go look there was another cashier and no one else in the store lazy people taking my business else where so from one comment I read they don't need a crow bar to fix the pumps they need employees that are willing to sell stuff

O.k. I guess. Only one person working, and store was quite crowded. Half of the gas pumps were bagged, and out of service. C'mon, I know you're a Knoxville business, but stick a crowbar in your wallet and try to fix what's broken at your gas station. That is a very very busy gas station, and the pumps all should be working to keep your traffic flow smooth.

Review is about experience pumping gas.Pump 12 regular gas pumping speed Dec 18, 2022. Got about 6.6 seconds per gallon or about 9.1 gallons per minute. This is very good speed.Prices here are generally very good, about as cheap as you can find in Knoxville usually.

The second pump is the best but you have to go inside to get water for your fuel tank that's the only thing that is crazy?

The facility is always clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and product savvy.

They had very very dirty bathrooms. Decently priced gas for the area. Friendly staff. Lots of selection of snacks and drinks at decent prices. Good stop if you are on your way to mountains. Clean bathrooms wouldve helped a lot tho they have blow dry and paper towels to dry hands.
