AVOID!!! Worst shell ever. No bathrooms, no ATM, pot holes big enough to swallow your car, and a cashier who doesn’t actually want to do her job. You’d be better off calling AAA on the side of the road for gas than going here.

I stopped after a trip to the zoo with my 2 year old. He had just fallen asleep and I needed gas. First of all almost every single pump is covered in a plastic bag and out of order. I finally found a spot and the card reader was broken. It said pay cashier inside. I looked at the distance between my son and the door and I thought maybe I can run my cash over and it won't be a big deal. In the meantime a man was checking me out in the parking lot and I already didn't feel safe. I should've left right then, but I needed gas. I locked the doors and sprinted over and there were two registers open. Register 1 had a customer and the other register had a woman standing there staring at her phone. I walked by the 1st customer and laid my $20 on the counter and said $20 on 6 please and ran back out to my son. The pump never started. I waited and waited. Finally I walked back over and asked them to start the pump and the woman on her phone said I hadn't paid. I said yes, I lord my $20 on the counter while you were looking at your phone. She still claimed I hadn't paid and told me I'd have to find my money myself if I wanted it back. Not a great experience!

Horrible gas station. Parking lot is nothing but pot holes. Only one of the pumps were working, all the rest were broken.

potholes all over the parking lot, half the pumps don’t work, no restrooms, and you have to pay inside… lots of room for improvement

There are big potholes everywhere, so bad for your car to get in. Haft of the pumps doesnt work. Old display screen, single line text pump. Price listed on google is $3.18 reg. Actual price is $3.39 reg.

Cheap gas but older pumps that don’t work well when it’s cold. And also many of the palms do not accept credit cards at the pump.

Horrible. Pumps are slow as molasses. 10 min for a fill up and men's bathroom doesn't work. Don't bother stopping here!

No bathrooms. Luckily we found out before pumping gas. Took our business to the citgo on the other side of the highway.

Terrible experience here. Attendant with an attitude stating they were only accepting cash. I simply asked why and he gave me lip about he only does what KenJo tells him. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with KenJo. Steer clear.

Pulled up to the pumps. Tried to use my Kroger Rewards card and it wouldn't work. Decided to go ahead and get gas any way. Used my Shell card and flipped up the lever for the gas I wanted. I waited and waited and it was still flashing at me. I walked into the station and didn't see anyone. I called out "Hello" and got a response from someone sitting on the on a stool behind the counter playing on his phone. I told him the pump wasn't working. His rather curt response was, "It is working sir". His tone was not friendly at all. So, I walked back out and the system was ready to go. I started pumping my gas and the attendant uses the intercom to call out and with a similar tone, "Is it working sir?" He said it twice before I could respond. This happened just before 11 am EST on Feb. 23, 2020.
