I went in to get some boiled peanuts and the worker that night must of thought I was playing in them instead of getting them and my 2 friends were waiting by the door and said “Get the f out I’m not even playing” and then when she saw i actually had boiled peanuts in my hand she wanted to switch up and say oh your actually getting peanuts im sorry.Horrible worker that night.

Average at best. Gas is usually pricier than other places, but here they can prey on the wallets of high schoolers. Cashiers inside are never friendly, to put it lightly.

I stopped by to get a (SMALL) bag of ice….. $4.00, RIDICULOUS! Especially when I can get it at Exxon or McDonald’s for $2.00! I don’t know who owns this place but greed come to mind. Anyway there are to many convenient stores around. I promise I won’t be back! Buyer BEWARE!

After I pay for gas the employees try to force me to leave the establishment before I could finish pumping gas or even have 3 minutes to go in and use the restroom. I give half a star rating because this has been the most awful shell I've ever stopped at. Bathrooms are horribly horribly dirty and the employees that if we do not do their job. Anytime I'll stop there they were outside doing drugs or just on their phone. DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR OWN MORALS

I was at this station yesterday to buy Coca Cola Zero, an employee called Jared asked for my ID, I said for a coke and he said yes, he first insisted that I have to have my ID to buy this but later said it is OK and sold it to me. What is going on Shell? This guy has given me enough reason not to do business with Shell again.

Definitely the perfect spot to stop if you're flying out of Knoxville and need to refill your rental car!! It's a nice store and it's usually not crowded. Allowing you to get in and out pretty easily.
