“Above and Way Beyond customer service. I can’t begin to express my gratitude and appreciation on a job well done. In today’s market we all have felt the lack of customer service and performance by employees across the board. It’s a rare treat when we experience service that is not only prompt, but extremely efficient and exemplary. This establishment accomplished both with flying colors. I needed a banner made and printed in a day after Fast Signs dropped the ball. The young woman who I spoke with at Alpha was extremely helpful and made sure my banner was made to perfection. This wasn’t even the best part. This amazing woman (Breeze) helped to make sure that it was done to my specifications and then did something truly worthy of an award. I needed this banner to be picked up by one of my employees for a convention he was attending, but unfortunately he was busy at the convention and could not pick it up. Breeze was in constant communication with me and my employee and said “no matter what, we’ll get it there some how” and she was not lying. Breeze took the banner first thing Saturday morning and drove to the convention center to personally drop it off and made sure it was delivered to the hands of my employee. This wonderful person knew how important this banner was to us and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered, even though this was not her responsibility. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will no longer use any other graphic printing establishment except for Alpha Graphics. Thank you Breeze from the bottom of my heart.”
