After living here for almost 2 semesters I would honestly say the atmosphere of Slate was the best fit or me when I was deciding where to live last year. It's so easy to get in and out, the office workers are incredible, and the amenities are exceptional.

I love Slate@901. Well kept place, great location, and staff is always helpful. Rent went up so not a huge fan of that considering pool area has been closed all year as well as the workout room lacking a little bit. I have renewed my lease.

The slate is an awesome place to live!! The staff puts on a ton of fun events, the gym and study room are super nice, and the apartments are very spacious and updated. My only complaint is that maintenance can take a while to fix issues in your apartment, but other than that everything is great!!
