My husband took out a bed which they explained to him that it was for one year. He signed the contract. The agent who attended us that day no longer works for them. In March of this year, I asked him when my last payment would be. He told me that May 20 of this year. year my husband and I were happy that we had canceled the bed and it turns out that not my husband called and they told him that the contract was for two years and 3 months these people tell you that the contract is for one year and when the date arrives It is totally different from what they explain to you, it is practically a scam, we made another payment today, the manager Víctor Salinas, all haughty, arrogant, esum old, abusive, educate yourself, he took care of my husband and we had to make another payment of 317 dollars, they are fine They wash their hands when they are a fraud, deceiving people by making them sign contracts for one year and it turns out that they are contracts for two years and 3 months, only one person, if reasoned, would pay 6 thousand dollars for a bed and a wardrobe.

Ok. So over the past few years we have used smartway. We've bought a couch. A washer and dryer. Bed. Tv stand. 4 tires. Seems like a good customer, right? 7-9k spent. Well capitol F these people. They busted a hole in my wall. Im a renter so there goes my security deposit. We called them 10 plus times and over 4 months to fix it. They always had excuses. Attached pictures are the fix. What a bunch of hads. So I assume they dont want our business anymore. And im glad to take ot somewhere else. Ill fix it my gd self. Just to note. My vacuum cleaner is not meant for drywall dust.

Well, what can one say about these types of businesses? I needed tires for my truck badly yet didn’t have the $1,500.00 so I thought I would give these guys a try and maaaann, had I been given the opportunity to do it all over, I would definitely pass. They offer a 90 days early purchase option which I will be taking advantage of cause if one goes through and just makes the payments for a year that $1500 would cost me $3,365.99 that’s more than double what the tires actually cost so yeah it has it ups and downs The customer service person I went named Jared at Smart Way is a great guy and asked me if I was sure that I knew what I was getting myself into and he explained everything and double triple checked w me before I signed the agreement which was super awesome of him to do so yeah, if you find guy like I did, he will explain everything to you and help you understand the commitment one is taking on Do your research and find the best option for you Would I recommend Smart Way in Knoxville TN, probably to my friends w janky credit scores like myself at this time but not to friends and family with 800+ plus credit scores cause this way isn’t for everyone in my opinion, it helps people who need some extra help due to credit scores taking a hit with a divorce or bankruptcy or something like that

Bought a couch and love seat set. Very happy with the quality and price. Easy payments. They send a text reminder to my phone and I can pay right away. They have always been helpful over the phone with any questions or if I want to make extra payments. Great for anyone on a budget.

Was 5 star. Got a recliner for my husband for Christmas. Great customer service and fast delivery. Changed it because now if I want to pay by card when I get text reminder it's a +2% service fee. Now I'll have to order checks and mail it in :(

Victor is the worse ! He is the owner of the store . And The furniture is poor quality . I’ve bought two bunk beds and they both fell apart! And the first time I thought maybe kiddos were the reason for the destruction. But then the second one fell apart and my two baby girls weigh 120 put together !!! All the stuff is overly priced and you’re better off taking out a lay way and buying it straight out ! I’ve also paid off washer and dryer set. living room suit and a game system a Nintendo which cost over 1k!! and I’m a single mother of 5 and granted I have been late a few times but always paid when I told them i would ! I get paid twice a month and just had a baby and explained I was on fmla after paying off everything w just a game on my acct with a balance of 404 left and I was 3 days late they called 2 of my references which they never had to do . Then victor screamed at me when I shared my frustration I never cursed him nor raise my tone and he yelled Im 13 days late even though I called in to make double payments which total to 120 and I only could pay 100 and the 20 w my next payment ! so I say it’s not worth the stress or hassle no type of compassion or empathy and I felt I wasn’t treated w dignity I could be like the normal statistic and not pay anything but to be treated in this fashion is disgusting !!
