I love Smartbank and have banked with them for close to 10 years. My favorite location is Farragut but have had great experiences at all locations in our area. They have consistently provided excellent customer service that exceeds all other banks I’ve used. They’ve always been easy to reach on the phone, have fast lobby and drive-thru services, they were great with helping me understand my loan options and handled everything very professionally and timely. They care enough to know me and their customers by name which speaks volumes compared to the big name chain banks where you’re just a number. They also have a great app that offers mobile deposits and all sorts of perks. Give them a try! They’re the best!

Employee chased us. There is this crazy lady that works there. She has a black kia soul and she goes around the surrounding business like taco bell and McDonald's taking pictures of cars that are just parked. I was parked there and this is around 11pm so they were closed. Than she comes out and takes pictures of our car I was with 2 other people (this would be the 2nd time she does it) we decided to ask her what's up. She than said you're not supposed to be parked there. We decided to drive off but than as we were going on Kingston Pike we noticed her following us.So we made a turn onto Campbell Station Rd, than we went up into Farragut High School, she was flashing her high beam lights at us so we made few turn and eventually lose her. We were just thinking what is going on in your life that you have to start following people at night for just parking there for a few minutes.

No drive through but they make for that up with exceptional service. Always greeted with a smile and a genuine desire to help make your visit a pleasure.

This bank lead me on for two weeks, we supplied documentation, they asked for more documentation with certain guidelines that we then provided to the tee that showed more then what they asked for , for them to again deny on grounds not explained. In the mean time we lost a deal. Don’t trust this bank.
