Smoke Pit is an outstanding tobacco store with a superb selection of cigars, real pipe tobacco, and smoking accessories. The owners and staff are fantastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service and making everyone feel instantly welcome like family. The atmosphere is warm, hospitable, and amiable, with a genuine passion for their craft evident in every interaction. Many customers are loyal, driving from out of town because the impressive collection destroys the competition, offering an endless array of choices and fair pricing. It is an absolute haven and alluring sanctuary for enthusiasts, but even newcomers are encouraged to visit and bask in the comforting, irresistible ambiance. one of the best Arturo Fuente cigar collections in and around Knoxville. friendly staff and they even have a rewards program for returning customers. an excellent place to stop and grab a smoke.

I just want to say this shop is way above the rest. From the employee's to the owners you will never find a group of people who care as much as they do. The customer service is above par it's a hole in one. The knowledge they each have on every single product is amazing.
