The trainers know when to push you and when to encourage you to take a breather, and tailor your experience to be exactly what you need.Would recommend it to anyone wanting to take their fitness and training to the next level.

If you want to get SERIOUS about your health and fitness, there is no other option in Knoxville. From the onboarding process all the way to the classes or sessions this is an elite facility and staff!!Something else to note is the passion of the staff. Everyone there believes in the process and you. They are there to help you achieve your dreams and it’s an amazing feeling to have them support you day in and day out.

I am so excited to finally find a gym that is my happy place again! I have joined the group training and the daily schedules provide flexibility. The coaches are very welcoming and really are great at giving feedback to maximize potential. I started with the First Step classes that provides three 1:1 sessions. I found it helpful to work on technique before the group training. The Owner, Shane, was my trainer for those and he is also invested in what works best for you!

We found this gym while looking for strength training options. The problem with most gyms are you go in and are expected to know something about what you are doing. The fact is, most people working out in the big box gyms don't have a clue what they are doing, and it is often detrimental to their goals. At Landing we are in a semi-private coaching group with Matt who is a highly qualified coach on a regiment that meets our needs, and pushed to improve without being pushed to the extreme of injuring ourselves. Going two days a week, with homework sessions outside the gym is just right for us and we are already feeling the benefits we are receiving.

I absolutely love the vibe of this gym! The staff are so caring and wonderful and take time to make everyone feel welcomed and part of the community. Workouts are thoughtfully crafted and easily tailored to fit any person, any body type, any injury or other situation. There are no mirrors! I love it, 10/10, would recommend.

I've been training at this gym for a few months. I am not a "gym person"and came here to strength train as a supplement for sports performance. I was intimidated as I don't have a strength background but this place is literally so wonderful. The staff and patrons are all so friendly and respectful of each other. I do one-one-one training with Taino and he is phenomenal... Very knowledge, energetic and positive. He has worked with me around injuries and the sports I train for and he is really passionate about what he does which is so motivating and encouraging. I love training here and feel stronger and more confident as a result. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to the group classes at SLF for 3 months now. I always look forward to class. The coaches are very knowledgeable and so encouraging and uplifting. There are members that have been going for years and others who are newer like myself; members who are extremely fit and others who are beginners but everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend SLF!

I would highly suggest you check out this gym. The coaches and people are wonderful! They genuinely care about you and it shows. The classes are a great way to get a solid workout in and meet other people at the same time.

I’ve been a member for 5 years and it just keeps getting better! You can walk in at any fitness level and immediately be welcomed into a friendly space where you’re supported and encouraged.They understand what’s it’s like to struggle with consistency, self doubt and all the other things that keep people out of gyms and are 100% non judgmental.Each class feels like a personal training session with the high level of hands on, individual support from each coach.I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for long term health, fitness, community and fun (yes fun at a gym, it actually happens!) ?

Great atmosphere full of positive people. The team of coaches are top-notch and the programming makes for challenging yet rewarding workouts. They offer a wide variety of services to meet you where you’re at to reach your goals. Recently moved to the area and am happy to have found this gym!

South Landing Fitness has a good variety of strength training with cardio, group and personal training options. The 1-hour in the gym will truly improve your other 23 hours of the day. The amazing coaches are willing to modify/scale any movement, if needed. They partner with amazing organizations like Survivor Fitness and Nourishing Our Needs and host community events as well. Highly recommend this gym!

South Landing is a great, welcoming place to get an amazing workout. All of the coaches at SLF care about you as a person and will adapt to any limitations that you have. They also realize that fitness is more than just time in the gym and will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals inside (Or outside) of the gym! Highly recommend!
