Staff was very helpful. I am a little disturbed that our package which currently includes Netflix is going to be changed to Hulu later this month. Apparently, Netflix is changing the plan so that the basic package will include advertising. I have no interest in watching advertisement on Netflix. When I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, one of the reason I switched was because I was told that Netflix was included. will be interesting to see how it pans out with the new Hulu package.

Very rude! When I walked into the store, it took them a while to even speak, think it’s bc I’m black but I can be wrong!! After the wait I just left still nothing was said!!! Never again

I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and was lucky enough to just find this particular store. Ah, serendipity.Nick was extremely helpful, thorough, professional, and kind. I got a great deal on 2 Samsung phones, and their wi-fi price was so low that now I finally get to ditch AT&T as well. I've only had my phone for one day, but so far, it's great. And the camera is phenomenal.I would not hesitate to recommend this store.

I walked into this location at 6pm after getting off of work, ready and excited to get a new phone and new service with T-Mobile, I am a brand new customer to T-Mobile. When I walked in, there were about four men sitting around with no customers in the store. I told them that I was looking to get a new phone and one of the men responded by saying "We can definitely give you prices and help you choose a phone but we close in 1 hour so we wouldn't be able to process anything until tomorrow". They said sorry we are understaffed as I looked at all four of them.. then one man said oh well one of us is in training.I definitely wouldn't recommend this location, I ended up going somewhere else.

I give a three because back in January of 2022 I decided to get an iPhone 12 and service! I decided this month to let my T-Mobile service go because my account kept accumulating fees. Well I still owed 190 on my phone. So I decided to go and take the internet box and the phone back so I don’t get charged for them. It wasn’t until I tried returning this phone that the manager informed me that I have to keep this iPhone because they can’t take it back also that I have to pay the whole T-Mobile bill before paying my phone off, and that I have 60 days to pay everything and they are going to send it to my credit! I asked him why wasn’t I made aware of this before I put a down payment on the phone. He responded that it is on the bottom of every receipt! So here’s how I feel, before talking somebody into leasing devices you should let them know stuff like this! The receipt is printed out after the money is paid! So with that said you are not letting customers know before they purchase! Get it together!

On Monday of this week my son and I went in this store. Told salesman I had a Sprint account. Gave him my driver's license to access my account. I wanted to trade in a iPhone for a 14 pro max and add a line with a free android phone. He wrote all info on paper and said to come back Friday when iPhone deal starts. I did just that. Friday I was told I should have came in before Friday. The deal on my paper he gave me went from $800 to$400 for my trade. I was also told he didn't know I had a account. The plan on the paper showed the $90Magenta Max plan. He told me it was just the Magenta plan. I was also told Friday when I found out all this would he call and maybe get things fixed as I was told and on paper. He said they don't work with us well. As my wife and I were leaving he was whispering to the other 2 employees. This is a sad way to treat people. NOT walk in friendly AT ALL!! 2 people working, several customers waiting. Geared towards people that do most purchasing on line. Left after 15 min without a single glance from employees. Will get our phones, and plans somewhere else.
