This location is TOP KNOTCH for all things sales and service. Jenny is the BEST leader at this store, and her team of Jackie and Ozzy are all literally ROCKSTARS! I love them all and always appreciate them when I go!

My brother & I frequent this local quite often. Used to be able to get good service when it was a Sprint store, but since T-Mobile took it over, they took away a lot of the things that the store mgr Jenny used to be able to handle for us. Now, you have to call 611 for just about everything now. Plus, this store also now charges a $5 bill payment support fee if you have to pay your bill with cash. Give us a break!! Some people aren't fortunate to have bank accounts. Especially when you have bad credit. It's like T-Mobile is discriminating against us. I got a feeling some one will eventually file a lawsuit or lawsuits against them over this.

Every phone I went into look at for display models were dead. It's 1:07 in the afternoon and no phones are on the chargers.....how would you know if you want it or not

Walked in, and not one employee even acknowledged me. No one said hello or we'll be with you shortly, nothing. I called the Broadway store and they said come on over. So glad I walked out of the Clinton highway store. It's always chaos at this location. Go to the Broadway store!!!!

This place is so slow staff take forever and don't care if you are there and will just talk away. I went there to get my screen fixed 5 min process at least took an half an hour. I'm so so annoyed with this very inconvenient

They are usually very busy and you have to wait but the staff is very nice and do a good job at getting you in and out as quick as possible

Had a problem with my phone charging, they found debris jammed in the charging port but after several attempts to dislodge they suggested a store next door that had the tools to disassemble the phone giving access to remove the jammed debris. I highly recommend this store because of their integrity and professionalism toward their customers.
