Cancelled service and turned in a T-mobile internet device to this store. The company continued to charge me for service, despite receipt of equipment and cancellation of contract. Online customer service no help with billing adjustment. Complete customer service disaster.

The employees there were so nice and friendly they treat you right with respect. I really truly love tmobile now I'm so glad I switch away from At&t, they were so bad never helped me in what so ever but when I tell you Julian, he is Great sales rep and helped me so much and got me switch over so quick I did not have to wait long. I do greatly appreciated 2 other Younger men that were there with him too! Services been great now no more dropping calls fast speed all the time now Thank You Tmobile Kingston Pike ?

I stopped at T-Mobile yesterday after leaving an abusive relationship and my phone shattered. I had straight talk originally and couldn’t access any information due to everything needing to send a code to my phone which I couldn’t access. I came to T-Mobile to see about getting a phone plan and some how transferring my number. I do not remember the 3 young men working September 2, but they truly went above and beyond to help me. One guy working with me to contact straight talk which felt like for hours and the other 2 occupying my 4 year old daughter who was just being her crazy self. After being there for a few hours we finally got to leave and I got a new phone. But what really touched me is how helpful they were with me and my situation but also keeping my 4 year old entertained long enough so I could do everything I needed to. This is truly a great location and them 3 men deserve a raise for having to deal with me and my wild daughter LOL! THANK YOU T-MOBILE!

Stopped by to switch my service from ATT to TMobile. Met with a sales rep that drew out pricing differences on a piece of paper, rather than having a professional/printed form of communication about pricing. My wife and I were told we could pay off our phones with ATT, switch and get a new phone, and the bill would be $150/month for the unlimited plan. We start the process of entering information in, was told they checked our credit, then the rep needed a minute to "crunch" some numbers. He then told us our bill would actually come to $204, instead of the $150. So after he took our information and ran our credit, then told us the bill would be $54 more than originally told. This is not okay, looking forward to sharing with the store manager and TMobile corporate. What an awful experience for a potential new customer, I would be cautious and advise against visiting this location.

I had switched from T-Mobile to AT&T because of another store nearby but I had received a bill from T-Mobile that didn’t make sense. If I had came to this store first I probably wouldn’t have switched providers.T-Mobile you need to get all your stores in line because you all have a few that are driving customers away.

First let me say that I highly recommend T-Mobile and the employees at this location. I wanted to give an update on how things have gone since I made the switch. My experience has been unfortunately in business very few transactions go the way they should. I am very pleased to say that since I transferred our three lines of service to T-Mobile about 2 months ago everything has gone just exactly as they told me it would. This has been so smooth and flawless, after the terrible experience I had with Cellular Sales, the lies and deception, this has been the total opposite and the years of unresolved issues with Verizon. Paying for services they don't deliver.My initial comments. I have been counting the days that I could leave Verizon. I have been overpaying for 5G service that is almost non-existent. I bought a used T-Mobile phone and activated service for a couple of months. I would run a speed test in different locations and Verizon never came close to the Mbps that T-Mobile provides. Everything apparently is fast at T-Mobile even porting of our numbers and the activation couldn't have gone better. Also we are paying at least $70 a month less and actually getting what we are paying for, most of the time around 400 Mbps compared to maybe 20 before. Also beware the Cellular Sales stores disguised to look like Verizon stores, they are the ones that didn't disclose the facts that caused the issues from the start. Seems that it is hard for some employees too handle what is needed.Also since you purchased Sprint the reception at my cabin in Wears Valley. TN. is horrible. You were working on a tower. Seems you can't fix the tower either.

Awesome experience switching carrier and getting new phones for four family members. Steve ( manager), Nate, Erin and Christa all very knowledgeable and skilled at making the needed changes and finding a saving plan. Highly recommend.

So much better to get things done, in person, than with T-mobile customer service over the phone. Erin was pleasant, patience, and made upgrading our phones less painful than I was expecting. One of the tablets was being fickle and not accepting our form of payment, Erin took the time to try the transaction on another tablet, having to re-enter everything again from scratch. The effort and patience was very much appreciated. Everyone seemed to work well with each other in this store - supporting each other as needed.

if you want to see the WORST in customer disservice as is imaginable, step inside this Kingston Pike store and wait to be condescended to by a un-crack team that doesn't give two (2)_______(s) whether or not you shop at their store. it's quite amazing how bad it is. One of the worst walk-in experiences I've had in my lifetime. Very bad.

Awh man my guy David isn't here anymore. I was going to upgrade my phone and add some lines for my kids and notice he doesn't work here anymore. My kids were excited to see him once again after he helped us last year and made a big impact on the family. Guess I'll go to another store. It's just isn't the samehere.
