I waited 30-40 minutes for my order, finally at 10:45 my Grubhub says “making order”. A few minutes go by, a girl that came like 30 minutes after me gets her order before me, so I check my Grubhub. “Order cancelled and refunded.”

It’s more expensive and never as good. Stale and not kinda just…wrong Like an airport or a grocery store Starbucks.

I frequent this Starbucks most mornings, which I won't be doing any more. They consistently make my very simple drink wrong or don't fill it up all the way. The customer service is sub par and I feel uncomfortable to ask for remake on my drink. I asked for a plain bagel today, sliced and toasted. Big surprise, the bagel comes back un-sliced and un-toasted. I received a warm bagel... This is the second time this has happened, very frustrating. One or two of the girls are friendly but the majority of them have impressively low customer service skills. I definitely will be frequenting the Student Union Starbucks, they were kind, friendly and even fixed my drink for me. Hodges Library Starbucks needs to get it together, currently 1/10.

No sense of urgency and a general lack of forward thinking-ness to students. Something that would be helpful for people on a timetable, (essentially everyone who steps in Hodges) would be a board detailing what is out of stock.

It’s nice being able to get something warm to drink while in the library. Located in UT this is definitely a busy place. It is probably one of the busiest places I’ve been to at UT. I’d hope that the opening of other locations would help alleviate some of the wait but it seems to stay busy just because of the location. May be good for your study time but if you’re trying to get a drink before class on the hill you can probably count on being late to class. The staff here is usually spot on with your order and if it’s not right they will fix it, you just have to be willing to wait for the opportunity to talk to them about it.

Coffee grounds were in coffee - in fact they made up about a quarter of the cup at the bottom. Spit it out as soon as I drank it. I make my own French press coffee every day and I’ve never put grounds in my cup, so not sure how they messed up this bad. I will not be returning after I chewed those grounds in my mouth after the first sip. Worse than gas station coffee! Never been to such an awful Starbucks.

My wife and son wanted to place an order. An employee with her back to the customers was blocking the registers while having a conversation. My wife spoke up and was still ignored. Starbucks received $0.
