Ordered a 16oz hot chocolate through the app, warm temp with whole milk. It came out hot and there wasn't enough chocolate in there to know it was supposed to be a hot chocolate. There was chocolate on the outside of the cup, side and lid, though.

Always super slow if you order ahead or inside. Seems like all they care about is the drive-thru. I preordered 25 minutes ago and it's still not ready.

Drove all the way there and sat in drive thru while they waited on other customers. At no pont..at 8:06pm did they tell me over the intercom that they are "temporarily closed". I drove around to park and go in..I assumed they were open since two teens came out with their drinks..as I approached the door it had a sign that they were closed. Waste of time and gas..won't be back

I don't know if the guy at the register take my order wrong or the other guy make my coffee wrong. I order 2 different drinks, and they make 2 same drinks. I told him and he still making my drink wrong. I end up had to throw away and not drink it because it was way too sweet. Not enough expresso in it and I didn't ask for sweet cream in it.

Horrible experience! Could not ring my order up and accept my Starbucks Gold card as payment (1st time ever). My drink was bitter and did not taste good. They said they used the last of the sweet cream foam and could not remake the drink and would have to call a store manager for refund. I just left.

I stopped at this Starbucks on July 1st in the morning. I ordered a venti white mocha. When I pulled up to pay , I handed the girl a gift card that my daughter gave me. I was surprised when the girl told me I still owed 5.45. So I gave her the cash 6.00 she gave me back 15 cents and asked if she could trash my card. I told her no , so she returned my card. My daughter gave me the card lives out of state so I called her last night and told her what happened. She told me to call the number on the back of the card. So to my shock according to the cards transaction. It was $ 6.50 taken off my card and I have a remaining balance of 8.50 . So the girl took the money off my card , Plus my cash and then wanted to keep the remainder left on my card.I AM ANGRY, I will never trust this starbucks again or maybe not starbucks in general. You stole from me and lied to me. You know who you are and I remember you. Apparently this wasn't your first time stealing, you did it straight face. You knew you got the money from my card and then took my cash too. And wanted to keep my card!!!I will be notifying corporate of this. Thank you
