This is quite possibly the worst company I’ve every worked with. Such dishonesty. Such disorganization. We have rental cabins and have one with an indoor pool. We had a gas line run and they told us the gas line was too small and they wanted to run the line. They said they would be there soon to do it. I wanted two weeks and still nobody. I called and made an appt. They didn’t show. I called and rescheduled. They said they would be there at 7:30-8:30. Nobody showed no so I called at 9:30. They continued to assure me he was coming. I kept calling. Still, nobody showed. I called wanting to talk to a manager. Surprise! No managers were there. Supposedly they are calling me but I suspect I won’t hear from them. They are expensive anyways and I’m switching all cabins to another company. Ugh! Run from this company!!

Quite possibly the most frustrating company I have dealt with in a very long time. My underground tank floated out of the ground 3 MONTHS AGO in February, leaving exposed and twisted gas lines. I scheduled an appointment for March 26th to have it replaced/repaired, but they never showed. I called, and they told me they did not have tanks, so they did not come out. No one called to let me know that. I waited another 1.5 months then I told them to pick up their tank. They scheduled me for May 26th to pick it up. They then tried to come on May 20th, but I did not want them to remove it without my being home. They told me then that my appointment had been rescheduled, again without my knowledge, for the 25th instead of the 26th, so they would be by then to get it. I called on the 25th when I had not heard from them, and they told me it was rescheduled for the 27th. Yes, you guessed it, no one had the decency to call me to notify me. They move you around on their schedule at their convenience, but cannot be troubled to let you know. 3 months with a potentially dangerous eyesore sticking out of your yard is highly unacceptable.

I have been charged 4x my historical usage by Suburban. This is on top of being charged 2x the market rate for propane when compared to the market prices posted for TN by the Energy Information Administration. I’ve called for months to get this rectified but Natasha Eaton (mgr) Is always in a meeting and won’t return phone calls. #StopTheGougeSuburban

I wish I could give them a - 5This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider.I have been without gas for 2 weeks now and they say it’s because they don’t have enough employees to cover the work load.They have canceled 3 different appointments to my property and still can’t tell me when they will be coming out.If your looking for a gas company to service your property don’t use this company they are horrible!!!
