Me and my husband both got food poisoning from this location. The girls that were working there were talking about buying pills after the line went away. We should've honestly probably walked out when we saw how tweaked out they were.

This is truly the best subway on north Broadway! The bread is fresher and the ingredients are better. Every time I come here, service is friendly but sassy, but I rewarded with an amazing sub! Don’t go to the one further down Broadway….come here and your stomach will thank you!

Gone straight down Hill! Ordered meatball 12" dry as it could be, no marinara at all 8 meatballs with a small splash of marinara! Very disappointed ! Hate to even open my Titan turkey! No more!!!

The last 3 times I ordered from this Subway they messed my order up. So I stopped ordering from this Subway for almost a year. Decided to give it another try... Once again.. they messed my order up... And they have the nerve to ask for tips for these people? Wasn't even busy in the store and I wonder why? Subway just all around is not good anymore and with the people building the sandwiches just don't seem to care. I'll stick to Firehouse from now on!!

When I say never again this my 2nd time having a bad experience sandwich was horrible bread was stale forgot my tomatoes & idk if they put something spicy on my sandwich but had my lips and tongue on complete fire when I called to get my money back the lady advise me I couldn’t get my money back that I would have to bring the sandwich back as if I keep it in my purse talking bout we have to turn it in turn it into what the trash ! Needless to say they didn’t want to refund me my money ? I’ll never be back subway has completely fallen off ! It use to be great now it’s disgusting & did I mention I got food poisoning in the process of all this just disgusting

Super friendly staff and they understand picky eaters. They put my concerns at ease with ordering through the app but also getting my sub made the way I like it. A+ location.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but after our 3rd terrible experience I feel it's necessary. I'm not sure if this is an issue with online orders or staff just not paying attention but our orders have gone from bad to worse.First time there were some toppings that were missing or incorrect on both subs but we chalked it up to them being busy- things happen sometimes.Second time the toppings were switched/on the wrong subs. They also forgot a bag of chips AND the second bag was the wrong kind of chips- we ordered SunChips and they gave us Doritos.Last night we ordered 3 subs and NONE of them were remotely close to what we'd ordered. We ordered a rotisserie chicken, a club w/pepperoni (double meat), and a beast.... but we were given 2 rotisserie chickens and a regular club. The bread and cheese choices were wrong on all of them. They put the same random ingredients on all 3 subs, none of which were correct. Almost $35 spent and not a single item was correct.I emailed corporate after the 2nd visit and received a general "oops sorry, we'll do better next time" reply. Unfortunately it seems like this location, as a whole, needs their staff to be retrained or management should get involved in some way, because I know we aren't the only customers experiencing major issues with our orders. And the lack of attention from management/corporate is a bit concerning. This is probably the only non-fast food option in the area and we'd hate to see it close, but it probably won't stay open much longer if they can't do their job and get the orders correct.

I have eaten at this Subway for years. I like the fact that I can see my food being prepared. Yesterday I went here and they had recently installed a stainless steel cover inside the sneeze guard plexiglass which blocked off the view from the meat section. Everything else was unchanged. I asked repeatedly why they were hiding the meat. It was obvious that they were hiding something, but everyone working shrugged their shoulders and offered no comment or explanation. The worker fixed my sandwiches (3) behind the guard then slid the first one just to the edge of it to add vegetables. Now I know what they were hiding. Meat portions had been cut in half. I asked repeatedly for a number to speak to the store manager, but again was offered shoulder shruggs and nothing else. I understand that prices have increased dramatically, I buy groceries. I would have been fine with a notice explaining the reason for the change and an offer to pay a little more for what used to be the regular portion. But to be treated as though I am too stupid to figure out that there was a reason for that steel barrier to be out in front of me is totally unacceptable! I did not purchase my sandwiches, I left and we went and enjoyed a lovely meal elsewhere. Won't be coming back either. I hate that, since this has been a place we have chosen frequently for many years.
