The staff was horrible! The toppings that was giving was an insult! I asked for extra and received a smart comment but got almost nothing on my sandwich! Even after I said I would pay for extra! The worse service and barely a sandwich is all you will get at this location!!!! Horrible, all the way around!!!!

Put lettuce on my sub immediately after i asked for spinach. Worker then took the lettuce off my sub and put it back in the container, much of it missing and falling into the tomatoes. Not one to complain but that was the cherry on top of every aspect of this restaurant being off.

Terrible experience! Guy was on the phone with his baby momma and had it on speaker and they were cussing each other out. This causes him to mess both my sandwiches up. Then when I tried to go back to subway to get them fixed they were closed 4.5 hrs early not even 20 minutes after I left they closed.

Went to the store tonight had a coupon it didn’t work! We bought the sandwich’s anyway got home opened the first one and a bug fell out and ran across the paper I killed it . I didn’t bother to look at the other one. Went back to the store for a refund the girl was by herself and new didn’t know what to do she called someone to get Tina’s number they thought it was funny so they were laughing about it. Tina called back and said no refund! So we wasted almost 16.00 on food we didn’t eat. Went to Nixons Deli and had a good meal ! Don’t waste your time or money there ! Beware of bugs

This is the wroste subway I've ever had the misfortune of going to .. I ordered online. When I got my food. I only got bread meat and cheese. Nothing else. SO I drive down to this location with my food and receipt. I was not even upset because I know mistakes happens it's not a big deal. It's surly fixableBut I was wrong. I ask if they could either remake my sub. Or. If they could just put the veggies in a little bowl and i Can put them on the sub myself. But the guy working said there was nothing he could do. That I would have to come back the next day. Bc he's not allowed to approve a remake . The people who made my sub. Had done left and he just got there for his shift. I ended up wasting 43$ last night. With 8$ of it being a tip. If you order from this subway. Do it in person were you can watch it being made.

Of all the subway locations I've tried this one seems the worst. I've been here quite a few times because it's so conveniently located on my way from work and there's just always something. Sometimes they don't have the ingredients or bread. Sometimes they may close an hour or two early. Sometimes "electricity is out" or "the card reader is not working" or whatnot and they are not taking orders. Sometimes online orders don't work. There was one time when I'd already placed an order online and paid for it and when I arrived to pick it up they told me that they can't make it because the Internet is not working so I had to figure out my refund with the manager. If, by some miracle, none of this happened, the employees often make quite a shoddy work with the sandwich. There was one time when I just got guacamole on the side so I had to put it in the sandwich myself. They often don't bother with condiments like black pepper unless you're there to tell them in person. Ingredients are often arranged in the sandwich in a very haphazard manner. I'm a very patient guy as you can see, but I've had enough with this location.

The lady was alone so I know she was stressed but she ran out of mayo and instead of filling the bottle up she squirted it out of bag into the sandwich. Then when the "manager" came in he went straight over did not wash his hands only put on gloves and began making sandwiches. After making mine I was asked if I wanted a bag when I replied no he walked off. I was not offered my receipt or said thank you or anything. Very unprofessional and rude. The steak and cheese was placed on paper to be heated so when he tried to put it on my bread half stayed on the paper therefore I was not given my whole proportion, the amount of veggies were very small the sandwich was cold even after being heated. This was by far the worse service and Sandwich I have ever had so I will never come back to this location!!

Thirty years of eating at Subway, and I've found the worst one in the chain. Bread had to be 3 days old, sparse ingredients so as to save a nickel. Never again, an I live only 10 minutes away. Time to give Jimmy Johns or Firehouse a try.

Im so tired of this store. From the random lights being off during hours. To not taking cards but online still works. Mumbling rather than speaking directly. Continue to mumble. It hospitality speak up and be direct. I see why you all struggle. Constant issues.

Very rude and lazy employees. Had to explain twice what I wanted on my sub and they acted like I was an inconvenience to be ordering. I will not go back. All of them were on their phones when we walked in. So sad. My reviews are not just about the food but also how I'm treated. Subway has good food but little to be desired and the service.

The employees at this location are some of the rudest and laziest I've ever seen. They regularly turn off online ordering to avoid work. When you enter to order in person, the typical response you get is a groan and eye roll followed by someone barking, "What do you want?" as if your presence is an inconvenience. I will generally drive out of my way to another location even though this one is a mile from my house. Today, I was in a hurry, and so I tried to order through the app. But, of course, they have online ordering turned off again. The management/franchise operator needs to step in and revamp this location or close it because it's tarnishing the brand more than Jared Fogle.
