Subway has gotten terribly expensive, I paid over $17 for a foot-long and a small drink. I will not go back.

I asked for a normal Italian and the guy wanted to argue that there’s no normal Italian. I just picked whatever Italian that was on the order because he rushed me. Then when he asked what toppings I wanted and I clearly stated mayo. He put ranch on the Italian which my husband is allergic too. Throughout the whole ordering process he had his AirPods in. He probably wouldn’t have messed the sauce/dressing up if he didn’t have something in his ear. I got in and bring the sub back because he clearly can’t eat it and the guy is just very rude in a way, very sarcastic and condescending. I would be mindful using this location if they can’t even differentiate from mayo and ranch.

Subway is a great place for a meal. As healthy as most, and you get a really good selection of options. Just misses five stars due to pricing, but definitely recommended.

Since all of the locations in Oak Ridge are consistently inconsistent and our children love Subway, we have taken to driving a tad further to this location. The service is friendly and the sandwiches are much better constructed and the bread well-baked (not undercooked or stale like OR spots). Note that the prices have gone up and the menu has changed, getting rid of many of the faves that they've had listed for years. When we have coupons, it makes it worth a stop for the customization for picky kiddos and a bit lighter fare than other fast-casual restaurants.

Folks do make mistakes and sometimes apps make mistakes too. However as a customer who has ordered from this subway and numerous others to be told "nope I can't toast a sandwich that hasn't been touched, or ask me if I meant to order these non-toasted since most people don't eat these cold. Yeah, thanks.

Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! Food was great!
