Great food (normal Subway fare, of which I happen to be fond).Apparently there was only one worker there, but he was doing his level best to keep up with customers. We waited for less than 10 minutes total for our food, so no real complaints there.

The gal behind the counter was new but for only being there a short time the service and sandwich were both fantastic.Some of the veggies in the the glass looked questionable but service was great

I order on app, supposed to be open until 11pm I get there and it's closed and dark. Not only that but the app says I picked up my order. Don't go here, I will be contacting them for refund and will go up to corporate if I have to.

My wife's blood sugar was dropping and we needed food quick. Ordered online via the app so we could get it on the way home."Skip the line!" it says. Yeah, no.We got to the location at the time our order was scheduled to be ready, only for the only employee working to tell us she got busy with other customers and hasn't even looked at the two app orders.She then proceeds to keep making orders for people in line while we wait on our advance order to even be checked. She finally gets to the first app order and informed the guy who's been waiting that she doesn't have the right meat, so she can't even make the order he's been waiting for.She finally STARTS making our order a full 28 minutes after it was placed online while my wife's blood sugar is getting troublingly low. Surprise, they're out of ingredients for ours, also. So I get substitutes.Don't bother with this place. They staff 1 person at lunch rush on a weekend with a BOGO deal going and that one person doesn't even bother to do orders in the order they were placed. Need the order quick? Screw you, apparently.But, hey, at least we got to wait 20 minutes in a remodeled store with charging ports by the seats. More money needs to go to better hires, more staff, and proper training.Abysmal.

I have visited this location multiple times to find one single employee working the entire store- this is unacceptable. This store needs more people working that is not fair to the one person running their butts off running the store and doing their best to provide good customer service. Either hire more people or shut it down until you do.

I went to the drive thru and waited about 10 minutes behind a very patient person before driving away. 2nd time. I like Subway but I am handicapped and can’t come in so I had to go to Wendys! What’s wrong?

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. Yesterday evening when I pulled up to the store, there was only 1 car in the parking lot and another in the drive-thru. I waited for 5 minutes before the car in front of me finally got their order taken. As I pulled up to the speaker I was told “you will need hold on there are a few customers in front of you”13 minutes later I say “hello” and I got the response “I’m waiting on other customers right now” after another 10 minutes of waiting I pulled around so I can go inside to order. To my surprise there was not a single customer in/at the store. As I walked toward the door, the employee working ran over and locked the door before I could get to it. When I tried to pull it open she unlocked it and with an attitude tells me “I’m just trying to go to the bathroom and I have all this stuff to do”A very absurd behavior for someone who’s job is “customer service and customer satisfaction”

I have never been more frustrated with any place ever. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:35 and asked several times if they were still open with no response. I called the store and had no answer and I had been told a few weeks ago that they were open until 10. I saw 2 workers in the store on they’re phone and both with headsets on so I was being purposefully ignored. I was there in plenty of time before they closed to be treated like this and I was also going to tip well for coming so late. I was extremely disappointed by this behavior seen as this a location I come to frequently. Can’t say I’ll be back soon
