This branch struggles.. The two employees David and Summer are always at the counter working their tails off with smiles. They are trying to work the counter and drive-thru, while 3-4 other employees are sitting at their desks with no clients and NEVER come over to help these two. I always have to wait in line at a minimum of 15 min each visit and it’s very frustrating. That doesn’t happen at the other banks I have accounts at. PLEASE get them some help!

Tried to cash one of their own checks and they wanted an 8$ fee. As if the check didn't have their name on it.

Best customer service experience ever. I needed a bank to handle my out of the ordinary transactions. High turnover lower balances walked in talked to Brandon and that was all it took. Brandon and the teller who helped were great and went the extra mile! I felt as though they genuinely wanted to help me out and were happy to have me as a new customer. Thanks!!

Be prepared to wait in drive-thru for 15-30 minutes. The worst bank I've ever experienced & it's been this way for years.

I have been locked out of my online account over 10 times in the past 2 months the tellers are rude disrespectful especially Dave at Clinton hwy no concern to fix the problems. Also put a 15 day hold on two pay roll check for two months in a row. I have been with suntrust over 10 years with no problems never held my payroll check and put my mortgage and and bills and family at risk . I highly advise you to not bank here this is a dangerous place to bank !!! I have been sitting here waiting on branch Mng for a hour and half with no one addressing issues as you can see no concern for the customers !! After finally speaking to the branch Mng I could see she would had helped but the upper Mng could not execute sound judgment nor release authority to fix there mistake. This place is a nightmare with no concern for the customers !!

This bank should have remained dun trust. I'm closing my accounts and going to another bank. Would not let my son deposit cash into my account. I very much dislike this bank.

On phone 32 minutes hung up on. Charged me 2 non truist atm fees for 1 withdrawal. Truist evidently will need that 3.00 by the time everyone changes banks, and with the customer service they give it is coming
