The speaker installation was done during cinstruction, and it has been an amazing addition to the house. The sound is amazing, and never fails to impress whenever we have guests over. Amazing experience.

This company is a SCAM! They oversold us over $500 worth of wiring because they told us two cables were different… the only difference is the color and the President of the company intentionally used a bunch of tech jargon to make us believe that wasn’t true. A tech told us word for word “i wish our designers didn’t say things like that, we get put in such a tight spot cause they are the same”. On top of that, we purchased two patch cables we weren’t given. We had to use our own the day we moved in when the internet company installed our modem (yellow in photo) and then a symspire tech came out and grabbed a used, dirty one (blue cord) out of his car and installed it. We thought he was doing us a favor until I pulled up our paperwork after he left and realized we paid for 2 brand new cables we didn’t receive. When I asked the PRESIDENT of the company to send us 2 new patch cables WE PAID FOR he said the tech gave you one and hung up on me. This company is a disgrace and the training comes top down. Avoid at all cost!Edit to add: we also paid for 3 outlets up high and the tunnels to hide the wires in the wall. Two of our 3 tunnels don’t have the pull strings in them. We managed to get our cords through without but it was a lot harder than it should have been and another thing we paid for and didn’t receive from this fraudulent company.In response to their response: LMAO of course the tech isn’t going to tell his boss he told us our designer (who was his boss) misled us. But he did. And your president also said the tech gave us a cord so that is true too. Yah sure we signed that and should have read it, but we trusted our designer to not mislead us. Like I said, I wasn’t asking for a refund I called to get my two cords and to let y’all know we were upset and felt misled. And he instantly jumped to calling me a liar. Honest folks don’t instantly start blaming the customer. Crooks do.

So far, not impressive... trying to get someone to return calls is a challenge. Phone trees during business hours are not a great way to show your customers that you're available to them... Hopefully we'll be getting a call back soon after leaving 3 messages so far.

Wow this has been the worst company I have ever worked with. Let’s start with the install. The system panel for the modem doesn’t hold the modem so I was told they had to put an extender in for it to close the door. So I said ok I’ll wait for it ( the box is in my upstairs laundry and I can’t open the door all the way to the laundry room now). Meanwhile we have our first freeze in Murfreesboro and I have to turn my heater on for the first time ever (new house). This sets off

I've had them as an alarm Company for several years but now they seem more concerned about selling automation than alarm services. I tried to call the office last week, got no humans, left voicemails on several extensions and did not receive one return call.

I closed on 8/24 and still don't have the upgrades installed to which I paid over 18k for. And if Bill shows up to your house he is a technician he is super rude and left without installing the subwoofer why he had that without the receiver is stupid and anything I said he said I don't have time for that they didn't slow enough time. I have another appt. so I guess I am not worth their time. Yes I have spoken to upper management but still no date for installation. The problem is no one told me that two or even three dept are involved security and new builder installation and then after market. I call it too many cooks in the kitchen without a leader. I was excited to get my tv and everything installed and working but nothing has really been explained to me and it seems again like they got my Money and I'm just not important.

Love this company and the people that work for them! We got Symspire installed in our new home in January (surround sound, indoor and outdoor speakers, security system, TVs mounted, cameras, etc). From the beginning of the process to the finished product, everything was flawless. I even got my parents to use Symspire to install in their current home. My parents were just as satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

James came and added 3 new electrical outlets and dimmers. Very professional and friendly would definitely recommend James will keep Sympspire in mind for future jobs

Symspire came to the rescue! Due to the freezing cold temperatures a fire sprinkler line broke in one of our twelve unit apartments and flooded three units. Within 30 minutes of the call Brian and Justin where on site assessing the damage and ensuring that the electrical system was safe for the occupants. The next day they came out and installed new electrical service for a replacement HVAC unit. Without their quick response this could have been a much greater ordeal. Thank you so much Symspire!
