Went into the store fairly frustrated and aggravated with T-Mobile's customer care. A gentleman named Dylan was extremely pleasant as well as very helpful and had me on my way at no time. Hours of frustration was settled within minutes, I only wish the store would have opened sooner. Thanks Dylan!

Ahhh man, I hate to do this cause I used to work with tmobile but this may have been the worst location to go to. my phone was replaced out with my insurance as a warranty replacement because the screen fried on the inside. this store said its physical damage but 2 of the other stores said its not physical damage, apple says its not physical damage, technical support says its not physical damage, and the insurance provider says its not physical damage. From me being the first customer of the day at 10 am to 4pm all of the support channels are filing complaints against the store for not following the correct protocols according to what any other tmobile bystander says.

After having Verizon home internet and dealing with Verizon customer service. Not sure why they call it customer service because they never fix anything. I went to T-Mobile and in less that 30 minutes had home wireless internet set up and it works perfectly. Had a 15 day trial period with the option to return the router at no cost. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Terrible experience with T-Mobile. So far, I've spent about 2 hours On the phone with customer service Trying to get The streaming services promised to me when I got a new phone ,so I'm told the sales rep didn't know those plans weren't offered anymore .I didn't even go in the store for a new phone but they were going to throw in these three new streaming services on my plan so I went with it switched all the information off my old phone onto this new one ,needless to say how much trouble that was. they were kind enough to tell me now they will give me my money back if I'm willing to go through the trouble of switching all the information off of this phone to my old phone if you're looking for Reliable customer service do not go to T-Mobile.all the aggravation is not worth the 1 star rating but I couldn't give 0

I went to this location after the location closer to my house didn't want to help me. I am brand new to T-Mobile. When I walked into the store I had an idea of what I wanted but still had a lot of questions. Zach helped me look at different options and prices and didn't get upset when I was asking literally the same question over again. The buying process was super smooth and I would recommend anyone looking for service or a new phone to go through this location and ask for Zach!

My elderly mother went to T-Mobile for help with a land line. The representative talked her into purchasing 2 cell phones for $241.00 and $76.00 per month fee for service. My elderly mother has a hard time with technology and explained that to the representative. When she returned the phones 2 days later, T-mobile only returned $125.03 of her money. The contract said she had 14 days to return the phones. It was not made clear that if she returned the phones within those 14 days that she would not get all of her money back. T-Mobile profited $115.97 in the 2 days my mother had the phones. Beware. Don’t send your elderly parents to T-Mobile.

We had awesome customer service from Craig at this location. He went out of his way to provide what we needed, which was to switch myohine from another carrier to T-Mobile. We were told about the smart watch promo, which I needed to replace mine anyway.I do not understand why this location doesn't have chairs or seating for the employees AND the customers? That's a lot to ask of employees to stand during an entire shift. It is definitely not taking care of those whom you employ.And to not have chairs for customers is really poor customer service.We will return to this store as the employees were wonderful, despite the fact that they never get to sit down.

Go see Andrew, at the Tazewell Pike location. He asked all the questions to find out EXACTLY the best deal and best plan for me!! T mobile is the way to go! I had recently tried three other services providers and the price, phone selection, and phone service at T mobile FAR surpassed any other service provider. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!
