They looked at all the filters, drained the old oil, replaced with new oil, checked the wiper blades, air in tires, gas treatment etc.. good price. Quick and efficient. I will return.

This was a level of service I have never seen at an oil change drive thru. The manager (Dylan) handed me a bottled water as soon as I pulled in. Jerius’s customer service was flawless, second to none. I didn’t have the pleasure of talking to the other guys, but that’s because they were hard at work on my vehicle. Not a single employee was standing around. They were all working their tails off and communicating with each other. You can really tell the corporate structure from the top down has made a great impact and these guys are executing the plan perfectly. Great job, I will be back!

Experience was average. Way better experience at places like express oil change. This place took 25 mins of my time waiting in line (with only two people in front of me), followed by another 15 minutes to change my oil and then another ten mins trying to find my cabin air filter. I pulled up a video of how to change this and the filter I purchased for $45 (material only) is $13.99 online. Highly inefficient, a lot of joking around and waiting for no reason by the employees, looked like the supervisor was outside on the phone and they were all waiting on him to come back to do any work. Highly disappointed, probably never coming back.

They good work, but they tried to sell. Me a transmission fluid flush by showing me green fluid that was taking from my system . I would appreciate if they will not try to sell me a services that doesn't exist.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location. The staff is nice, services are quick and easy, and more recently they helped me out when my own car dealership failed me! I also never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services or products.

When I went yesterday, I was a little upset because I asked for a top off of my oil and they changed my oil instead without asking me and I was not due for one?Other than that, they are usually great! Would recommend.Service: Oil change

The location on Kingston had Lucas and I believe the manager is Dylan they were awesome. We currently had severe weather and Lucas went out of his way after close to make sure my filter was in stock for the next business day. Dylan is always so friendly and informative, I also enjoy hearing him lead his team. He is respectful and educating when talking to them. They had new team members working and he was patient and guiding them the whole time. It was also very cold like 7 degrees and they didn’t let that bother how they interacted with the customers. If they were bothered none of us knew. Although pricey the customer service is priceless
