Target Online pickup in store got wrong product. I ordered a quantity of 2 of the same product and only one was right when they had plenty in stock so it was not a matter of substitutions. In store pickups now have to wait for order to come up from back when I could have gone to the aisle and get it faster myself. Used to be that pickup orders were ready at the pickup counter. Pickup orders are no longer a time saver but rather a hassle. I only use pickup when I need to get something quickly on my lunch break but Target is no longer a quick pickup option.

Target is great. I purchased an LG S55 TR soundbar 5.1.
It is a horrible product with no setup instructions. It refers you to the LG Soundbar app that is no longer supported. Trying to set it manually with the limited YouTube videos is a nightmare.
Take it back!

Evelyn and Zach refuse to price match for items that are in stock sold and shipped by Walmart. I’ve never encountered the issue until today. I might as well shop at Walmart since the items are always lower. I only shop at Target for the customer service & what I received today was not it. I even confirmed with customer support and the item should have been price matched

Store was messy, out off several grocery items and the woman checking me out didn't acknowledge me, the only thing she say to me was my total. Target is giving walmart energy. Do better.

I went looking for pants and could not find the linen ones I wanted. They had plus size models all throughout the store but no linen pants in plus sizes. Even though they were available online. It was ridiculous. I asked for help and was told they were not stocked.

went to target today just to browse a certain item found in toy section, ended up buying tv and a new comp desk, the clerk in the electronics was so extremely helpful and very nice

Tons of school shopping. Not to bad prices the makeup is cheap. I would recommend Walmart but this has Starbucks and nice stuff. I almost spent 600 today on just target but it was so enjoyable!

Perfect courtesy! I was looking for a hair dryer, and Miss Hayley from the Starbucks offered to take me to them, even though she was off the clock. An employee, Zane, told her to take it easy and took me right to the dryers. I’m thankful for kind, helpful people.
