So had a Karen experience today and just wanna say that the employees handled it very well and tried to ease the situation and apologized to us as we left. But yeah thank you guys for being good people and not immediately siding with the Karen just because she was screaming like most places usually do. Anyway that’s all but yeah thanks target employees u guys are cool!! Added a pic of the Karen too.💀

I came in at approximately 8:30 p.m. on 2/17 to return a Christmas gift I received.
There was one older woman working the returns and exchanges. I told her I had a return, and she asked if I had a receipt. I said no, and I explained that the item I was returning was gifted TO me. I told her I had the packing slip, and showed it to her. She shook her head and said the packing slip was useless.
She asked if I had the Target app, and I replied that I did. She said she could look up the receipt there, but again, I said it was gifted to me. Then, in a condescending tone, she said, “I mean yeah, if YOU didn’t purchase this then I can’t look up the receipt on YOUR app…” Okay, so why did YOU bring up the app in the first place?
She said she would scan the item, but I would have to be willing to take the lowest sale price from recent weeks if I wanted to return it. That’s pretty standard, and I didn’t mind, so I said that was okay. She scanned the item, then said, “Actually, it’s over $100, and you can only return $100 worth of merchandise per year. I can’t do anything since it’s more than $100.” I ended up leaving with the 30 pound item I struggled to haul in there in the first place.
According to Target’s website, they DO accept packing slips in leu of receipts. Additionally, Target’s website also states, “If you don't have the gift receipt or packing slip, you may receive a merchandise return card.” There’s also NO mention of “customers can only return $100 worth of merchandise a year” on the website.
Please train your employees properly, and please make sure they keep their attitudes in check. I’m annoyed I have to make another trip to Knoxville with my infant to return this thing.

I love this Target! Shoutout to Brian who took the time to go into the back stockroom today to find my 14 month old Cerebelly, you are the best! It was showing on my phone through the app that it was in stock. However once there it was nowhere to be found. Brian and another lady (not sure her name) went above and beyond to help me and my little dude. This is why I love Target and shop at Target! They are the best!

Target is a higher quality in both clothing and electronics than other stores. I'm a first time grandparent and was surprised that they carried Carter baby items! Great quality items!
My issue as to why I gave a 4 rating as to 5 is , I'm a grandparent and it took more time to get through the store than I was comfortable with. I feel the store could be better organized to grouping sections as to what customers are looking for when they take the time to visit the store.

I came in early in the morning and I could tell that a lot of the employees were working hard and trying their best today! I want to give a huge shout out to Sophia and Josh for taking the time out of their busy schedules to help me find what I needed for my family Christmas shopping! They were friendly, polite, and understanding! Sophia got me a desired item for my sister’s gift in a very timely manner! There was also another lady there who was working in the Christmas decor section and I asked her a few questions. Even though she wasn’t completely sure, she did her best and pointed me in the right direction! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work! :) I will definitely be returning to this location! Outstanding customer service!

Received two damaged packages (which were two completely separate orders). Went to return and requested to speak with a manager as this is unacceptable happening twice with expensive items. I asked the younger girl with glasses and long brown hair tonight to speak to the manager around 7pm. Mind you I was nice about everything. She questioned me and basically stated there’s nothing he can do for me and she can just process the return herself. I expressed to her this happened twice and I spend a lot of money at target. Then she loudly announces my return so others in line could hear. I think to embarrass me. She was unprofessional. Manager was very kind but I do not appreciate the customer service from younger girl. I also will not be ordering from target delivery again

One of the cleanest and best lay outs I have seen in any Targets and I go to a lot of Targets in a lot of states.
