The staff is rude and do not seem to care if they bring in service or not. Brought my kids in recently to try out a class, to see how it was. One of the instructors was nice, and seemed to care. But everyone else acted like they were too good to listen to our questions. ALSO, they never answer the phone. I’ve tried for months to get them on the phone, with no success. Because of this, I had to sign my child up online only, made a mistake, and the secretary was reluctant to helping us fix the mistake. Hello, I am trying to bring you business. Common sense says to be friendly and flexible with future clients. And worst of all, the secretary scolded me for having my youngest out there with me, while I was trying to watch in the back, dark corner of the gym. Just trying to see my crying child on his first session and how he was being handled. The lady said if my other child was out there, I was going to have to pay for her to be there, for open gym. There was not another living soul around us. It’s not like we were playing and taking advantage! Don’t worry lady, we won’t be coming back.

My daughter's coach, Miss Adina, is very professional and caring. She makes sure the kids learn the proper way to do their exercises, and she has the perfect balance between discipline and fun. The class she teaches is the best we have ever been to, I tried several gym places and this is the best. Miss Adina makes sure that kids do have fun but she also ensures that they make progress in their learning and has excellent teaching methods to motivate and reward them. My daughter has made so much progress and she always looks forward to learning with Miss Adina !

Friendly patrons helped me on my first visit for boy’s beginner for my nephew. Cultivating a great community is key to the success of any gymnasium.

My daughter attended camp here this week and she had the best time! There are SO many different things for the kids to do. She jumped right in even though we just moved to Tennessee a couple weeks ago. The staff was warm and welcoming.

We absolutely love bringing our kids here! We always have a blast and everyone is so sweet and helpful. We would recommend Tataru’s to everyone!

Deserves no stars. Keep your children away from this evil place. Abusive coaches that have no place working near children.

We took a smaller play group today to "open gym" thats actually not really open gym. They have classes during open gym. The play time was horrific as they were barking non stop order at the kids from across the gym in most cases. Half of the equipment is off limits while the other half is in class use. While yes I can understand the 1 kid on a trampoline at a time rule the rest of the yelling was nonsense, especially the condescending tone of it. We left with my kids feelings hurt. We won't be back and I won't recommend anyone attend during their "non-open open gym" time.

We went today and I’m so sad by how everyone was treated. Her name was Casey(not sure on spelling) and I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or if she’s normally this unpleasant and rude but it was an awful experience. She stood there watching over everything and would yell very demeaning across the gym at kids and then one time got in my 11 year old sons face so close that he complained he could smell her breath… why would you ever climb in the face of anyone let alone a kid?We had paid at 11:30 and started our 2 hours and at 12:50 she barged over with the list in her hand, never asked our names but said did we want to pay for our 30 minutes we went over and add more time. I said we still had over 30 minutes until our time was up and she said “no you’re already over your time” I had to let her know that we actually weren’t and we had paid for two hours. Which she would know if she asked anyones name instead of rudely coming up to us and saying we should pay for the extra time that wasn’t even true.Every time she would barge out onto the gym floor everyone was nervous about who she would be yelling at next. I will never be back and if an 11 year old boy is wise enough to be appalled and grossed out that you were so close he could smell what you ate for lunch, you should be ashamed.

We started at Tataru's years ago when my daughter was only 2. We took her out for a while after welcoming a second child and enrolled her back at another gym due to full classes. And now we're back at Tataru's on the competitive tumbling and trampoline team. I cannot say enough good things about Coach Andrea and Coach Kacy. My daughter had been on a competitive team at another gym previously and there was zero communication between parents and coaches, and it was just not a great experience. Coach Andrea and Coach Kacy communicate on a regular basis, and they celebrate the kids on the team! Tataru's also does a great job of celebrating the competitive kids in general, whether it's a special party during the holidays or just making them feel special on their birthdays. We have been really happy at the gym, and I would recommend their tumbling and trampoline program to anyone!

It really is a whole gym as a former gymnast it's a really cool set up best part is kids can go Friday night 7-10 for $20 pizza included! Cheaper without the pizza and it's called parents night out can't beat it!

That was insane.. years ago I was ab 13 and was hanging out with some friends at Tutarus and we witnessed a girl *graphically snap her arm. As soon those tears came there was immediate response from the staff, not tending to her wounds but instead having her sign “can’t sue us” forms while she was still on the ground. At the time we didn’t pay too much attention as it was visually cringeworthy but looking back that was the dirtiest move Id ever seen and it’s still pretty infuriating

All of the kids enjoyed the open play. So glad to have this option! We will be back for homeschool classes.
