Marcus and his staff are friendly and helpful. They always answer all my tax questions and my taxes are done in a professional manner and I don't have to worry about them. From a phone call or email I know I will be helped. We have a trucking business and they do our personal and business taxes. I could not ask for anyone to do better than the staff at Tax Professionals.

Dawn, one of the owners, is the most unprofessional lady there. Called in trying to get a copy of my tax returns that I have done with them the past 3 years and she told me because they were busy doing paying customer taxes that I should call back another day. Really? I have been your customer for the past few years and now I will never be your customer again. The time she spent arguing with me on the phone she could have looked me up and sent me document. Very unprofessional!
