I picked up a prescription for the first time here. Although the gentlemen at the front was ‘all business’ and not extremely friendly Lauren the Pharmacist that came out to talk to me was very friendly and helpful. She answers all my questions in a personal and friendly manner. Top marks for them having someone like her working to help folks like me.

The worst customer service of any pharmacy that I have ever dealt with in my life. Been waiting on a refill prescription for four days. It is usually filled withing two days. I called yesterday and they told me they were behind and understaffed but I would have mine filled today. Nothing happened on Monday so I called again today and was told the same thing. When I confronted the lady on the phone, she finally admitted that she had no idea if and when I would get my refill. Left my name and number for the supervisor and she never called back.

I spoke with Cindy first time ever calling and inquired about simparica trio and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then transferred to voicemail. Called back and nobody picked up. As evidenced my your previous reviews you are indeed a company with very poor customer service and I will instead support other local places.Matthew I'm sure you're likely to read this post and I've worked in an operational capacity my whole life and in customer service. If I can be of help please let me know and we can set up a time to meet, your business has the ability to succeed, the majority of your reviews are customer service.

Rapid, professional compounding pharmacy - I have been very impressed! They have easy phone refill, pick up in person or mail. There is never a line, maybe one person ahead of me on a refill pick up. The workers are efficient and courteous.

When placing an order online there is a choice in the order form for "free delivery in Knoxville metro" and I always selected it, well today I found out they charge you $25 for FedEx! it's not free, only free if you are an "office", what is that suppose to mean. I called several times and dealt with a very nice and apologetic clueless employee and an arrogant condescending customers rep. I do love to support local business, but not this one, they are deceiving and liars, I should challenge the shipping charges with my credit card, but I don't have the time.Today I drove there to pick it up, but it is my last drive there, never doing business with them again! they should get a 0 star but there is not an option for that in google reviews!What is considered the Knoxville metro area?The Knoxville MSA includes Anderson, Blount, Knox, Loudon, and Union counties. Thank you for finally correcting that in your online form! wish this gone done instead of charging me FedEx charges without my authorization! have a great weekend!

Like another review mentioned, I experienced a sudden $100 increase in what sounds like the same medication. I hand delivered my paper rx on May 18th because my physician said it could take weeks to get it filled if they sent it electronically. I called May 23rd to see if it was ready because I'd heard nothing. Nope, not ready. The pharmacist is "verifying it" even though I've filled there before and brought in the rx myself. I was told it would be ready the later that day. I called the next morning. Nope, pharmacist is still "verifying" it. Not ready. Called late that afternoon again because at this point, a week after turning in the rx, I needed this medication. Same excuse. I drove the 30 mins to the pharmacy to see what's going on. Guess what? It's ready. Also, the price has increased THIS week by $100! No warning. I asked why and was given no reason. I asked why it took a week to fill and was told, oh, it's been ready since the 19th--last week, when it was $100 cheaper and the office was claiming, repeatedly, it wasn't ready! Customer service was already cold and uncaring. Then they claimed to have automatic text notification problems when the rx was ready. Then they stopped answering the phone or bothering to return voicemails. Now this!!! My high prescribing dr is no longer using the pharmacy, because guess what, they are no longer the only game in town. This is no way to run any kind of business, let alone one that handles necessary medications.

If I could give more stars for excellent customer service I would! Alex and Lisa are a great team providing timely responses, and assisting me in exceptional patient care. Wonderful trustworthy people with great product.

They nearly doubled the price of one of our medication with absolute no reasoning. They have horrible rude costumer service whose main goal is to not resolve any concerns their customers have. There are other great compounding pharmacies that will mail you your prescriptions. Try one of them instead.

While I understand the cost of goods and providing them has certainly gone up in the last couple of years, I find it deplorable to call in a prescription, not get any contact, only to call again, and be told the cost of my medication went up 62%!Insurance doesn't cover this. It's $125/PER MONTH increase over the already $200 price tag.When I expressed my shock, the girl on the phone (who was incredibly nice), just kept saying, I don't know, that's what I've been told and we haven't raised our prices in two years. I guess they're making up for the last two years in one fell swoop.It would be a lot easier on your customers if you implemented smaller, more regular increases, instead of them calling to find out that they can't afford their medication anymore and they have no means to get it. Had I known of the price increase, I could have looked for an alternative and spoken with my physician. It takes so little to send an email to patients to let them know about these kinds of things when they happen, yet it goes such a long way in customer satisfaction.
