They provide good customer care once you get through to them. Getting someone to answer to the phone is harder than reading an eye chart while blindfolded.

Some of our staff/caregivers from Home Instead came in for a ostomy training. Lennis did a great job explaining everything and very professional. Highly recommend!

The nurses that work the desk are awesome!!!The new ostomy bag they carry with the vent filter is amazing and my 89 yo with an ileostomy was for the first time in many years, able to sleep a solid 8 hours without waking up with pain/pressure/bloating!!!! Very super pleased with products and exceptional service!!!
