“Due to my brother waiting for his hip replacement surgery, I had to make a few purchases. Last week was cane and today was a wheelchair. Both visits, we had the best customer service rep (Braden) to help us. He is very professional and compassionate toward people. He goes the extra step, to make a customer feel heard and feel good about the purchase you are making. Braden is an asset when it comes to customer service for this store! I love this Lamberts store and very thankful its on my side of town!”
