I ordered buy 1 get 1 free. I only got the tree I paid for not the free one. It's a sham for me. My first and last time doing business with them. I threw the tree away. It wasn't even I good condition: half dead.

They will have anything you need and are pleasant to deal with. They are on the higher side for this area but the service reflects the prices.

Staff were very friendly but if you need sand don’t go here cost 40$ plus tax for bob cat scoop of sand that’s literally 80% dirt and 20% sand. Iv has way better sand and no tax charged at l&m

I have always enjoyed walking into the nursery and seeing the good quality plants that they have and the conditions they are in. The store is very well maintained and stocked. The staff is always helpful.

Thress continues to kill the game. Not only do they have an excellent selection of house plants, but they also offer native plants and landscaping/gardening materials that are of the highest quality. I’ve gotten my raised bed garden mix from them for years. Topsoil and mushroom compost make my beds happy and full of nutrition for my plants. Recently, I couldn’t believe they had so many varieties of milkweed! Made my butterfly-loving heart soar! Can’t wait to put these babies in the ground for my butterfly garden. They also have sales going on usually during the holiday weekends. Staff are kind and helpful. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer of Thress!

I'm a long time customer of Thress. I just went a week ago and bought a bunch of beautiful wisteria. I went there again today to get some stone and waited almost thirty minutes for help. Someone else drove up and was helped before they even spoke to me. When they finally spoke to me they asked me to move my vehicle by the gravel. So I moved it and got out and they told me rudely I need to move it somewhere else again even though I moved it right where he told me. I called and apparently the guy I dealt with is one of the owners. If this is how the owners treat long time customers I won't be coming back. There are plenty of places to buy plants and stone and none of the others treat their long time customers with such contempt. Also I'm not sure if their customers know this either but their prices are often double for the exact same size and type of plants you can find at other garden centers and nurseries. For being so expensive you'd think they'd at least be pleasant to deal with. The only positive things I can say about Thress is that their nursery staff have been pleasant and helpful in the past and they have a nice selection of plants. None of that makes up for the price gouging and rude ownership. Find another nursery.

Literally no complaints about this place. The shop has an almost spa like atmosphere and the houseplant greenhouse is always packed with an excellent selection. Their prices are comparable to other houseplant places around town and in some cases, lower. If you want rare plants, they occasionally get some rarer and higher value plants in so be on the lookout. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and though the whole store is accessible if you have a wheelchair or mobility aid, the aisles get a bit tight so it may be a challenge. But it’s doable!Below are some pictures of plants I’ve purchased there.

The employees were very helpful to me and my family. They answered all of our questions about the plants we purchased and guided us around the greenhouse when we asked where a certain plant was. They were also very tolerant and friendly with my two year old that was over tired. Great experience. Will def be back with my family!

When I first walked in, I was impressed with how good this place smelled and how homey the gift area felt. A small doorway leads out to the greenhouse which was full of delightful plants. I was looking for succulents and they had a very small, but varied selection. I was happy with the condition of the plants I picked as well as the prices.

What a charming place! There is an expansive selection of plants, pots, and garden decor--and that's during winter! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Plus, they have a rewards program; for every $25 spent, you get a $5 coupon! I can't wait to see the selection in spring and summer! I will definitely be returning!
