We went to the Home Depot to buy blinds and to get to set a blinds cut. We went straight to Customer service to let them know we needed blinds cut and they sent us to the back. After 10 minutes no one had come so I went looking for someone I went to the kitchen department, and a female manager was sitting there with another employee talking. Turns out she had received the message to help us, but had failed to come. She then tells me there's no one in the store who could cut the blinds. It was a very disappointing night at the Home Depot south location.

Had the worst experience with their delivery subcontractor. Stay away from them for any major appliance delivery because they are only subcontracted with a company called R.A.S. and the reviews for them are all negative for good reason! I ordered a stove and fridge from them and their delivery people were very rude and unprofessional. After moving the stove in they refused to move the fridge into the home claiming it wouldnt fit. We moved the exact same size fridge out of the home just a few days prior. They made excuse after excuse why they couldnt do it. They then dumped the fridge in our garage blocking our garage fridge and leave. Handles not installed and all telling us we would need to call back another day. Minutes later come back saying they lost their tools and NEED to come into our home to look for them. The delivery guy named TOM proceeds to step into my house without permissiom until I yell at him to stop and get out. Minutes later their "supervisor" calls us claiming we took their tools and that they need to get into our home and "take pictures of the cabinets to make sure the fridge fits" BS!!! They call the cops on us claiming we stole their tools!!! The cop arrives and we only allowed the cop to come in and check for himself. The cop comes in and finds the tools INSIDE the stove!!! These idiots left their tools inside our stove and then call the cops claiming we stolen them!!!! Most awful experience ever and now looking at Home Depots return policy they DO NOT allow major appliace returns!!!! They literally dumped our fridge in our garage and called it a day on top of calling the cops on us over THEIR mistake!!! I will never spend a single cent at Home Depot again after this god awful experience. Their managers better be reading this and contacting me to work on a full refund!!!

This has nothing to do with any particular store. It's about the customer service you get when calling about credit card through home depot. Was only trying to remove an authorized user from an account and was spoke to in such a rude fashion that had no other choice but to close my account. The way some of the CSRs talk over you is not professional in anyway. I advise anyone who has an account with home depot not to call customer service and expect anyone there to be professional. Wish i could give a negative star.

Stopped in to get some top soil and I have never been so disappointed in the employees as I was there today. The male employee pushing the carts outside has no customer service or any kind of manners as far as that goes. Very rude and pushy. Guy in the lumber section was very unprofessional. They need to learn how to speak to customers. We are the reason you have a job. I will just drive to Maryville from now on.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I purchased a refrigerator and a dish washer last week. They were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday Oct 8th. No one showed for delivery and no one called to let me know what was going on. I called the store and to allied to someone in kitchens because the appliance person was on a break. No one ever called me back. Called the next day, talked to the "appliance help desk" guy. Said he would take care of it. So Thursday they show up and say they can't drive up my driveway. Asked them to load it in my pickup and then install it. I was told that once it's in my truck, their job is done. I will never go to Home Depot. Bought the same 2 products from a local appliance store for less money and they will deliver and install. This Home Depot doesn't give a rodents behind about customer service

Home Depots return policy on major appliances really stinks!!!. I purchased a stove 2 weeks ago which I HATE!!! I looked up their return policy on major appliances and it said NOT RETURNABLE! I have never even turned the oven on at all, and have only had 1 burner on a few times. This stove is exactly as it was delivered 2 weeks ago and yet I can't return it! I ordered this on line without being able to see a floor model and made the mistake of going by sale price, rather than paying attention to the features! People, don't ever buy a stove with their stupid sensi-temp technology! If your pan isn't heavy, it will sit lop-sided on the eye and your food will all go to one side of the pan. So Home Depot, I won't be buying anymore appliances from you because when you've only had something for 2 weeks and Hate it, you should be able to return it! Imogene Hall

I rented a stump grinder from Donald at the tool rental here and he assured me over the phone that it was capable of grinding stumps up to 18 inches. Got it back to the house, and set to grinding my 12" stump that was just above ground level. The teeth barely made a dent in the stump. Either the machine lacked power, or the teeth needed replacement. Regardless, when my contractor returned the unit to the store, they charged me for a full 4 hours, even after telling them about the machine not working properly.

Beyond being probably one of the best Home Depot stores in America, this is one of the best stores in America hands down. Employees are always so attentive and asked me multiple times do I need help, as most of the time I do but sometimes I just say no. I will always take being overwhelmed with help and underwhelmed any day. Parking is very ample because this is a Mega Supercenter type place. There are many things nearby so you should not have trouble having fun anywhere and everywhere. You will absolutely love it! Lego build that house

Three weeks I have tried to rent an overseeder from this store. The machine sits on the show room floor without a belt. The belt was broken weeks ago. I"m always told, "you can try one of our other locations". Well thats all good, but on a 4 hour rental, it costs me an hour to get to another location, and I'm losing at least 25% of my rental time due to these folks not putting a belt on this piece of equipment. Very frustrating. It is spring time, and I need to get my grass seed down. You would think a good manager would make it a priority to have spring equipment running.
